« Staff - Front Desk - Michael- VERY RUDE upon check in and each time we passed the front desk he would not say hello. Terrible attitude and customer service. This is the reason I may never return there. When I checked in, I was told that no rooms were clean nor available until 3pm. I and my son sat in the lobby 25 minutes. « This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s very clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is better than most hotel breakfast with a good selection and very efficient and friendly staff making sure you have everything you need. Our room had a great air conditioner and the shower was nice and hot. »

« I never do reviews but I have to say this hotel is one of my favorite for my family & I. We stayed only one night but it’d be great for longer stays. From great working air conditioning, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, welcoming staff , super quick and easy check in and lastly CLEAN. It was an amazing stay, 11AM check out was very convenient for us who made it in late enough time to rest , eat shower and repack. « Just don’t do it. The room smelled awful, rust in the bottom of the bathtub, mold or some sort of fungus on the floor leading to the wall, paint on the bedding, smelt like urine. Even the guy at the front desk said it will take an act of congress to get your money back from a refund. We left instantly after seeing our room. Run. »

« The exterior and grounds of the building were nice and I was impressed when we drove up to the hotel. Once inside there was a mop bucket and mop I stored in the lobby. « I usually don’t write reviews and I truly don’t mean to be so critical but this stay was truly scary and unsanitary. I will say the gentleman who checked me in was very kind, but there was nothing else positive about this stay. So for starters all “non smoking rooms” are on second floor(smoke rises). My scrubs for work smelled like I’d been smoking all night. The towels looked used with black finger prints on them. Apparently they wash them themselves rather than using a towels service. ...
