„Die Wohnungsübergabe gestaltete sich ein wenig schwierig. Bei unserer Ankunft war zunächst niemand vor Ort. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat wurden uns ca. fünf Minuten später die Schlüssel für die Wohnung übergeben. Die Wohnung ist über zwei Etagen und sehr schön. Nach nur wenigen Schritten ist man direkt im Zentrum von Campobasso.“

Sito vicinissimo a bar, pizzerie, ristoranti, negozi, edicole, uffici, supermercati, etc. Non è stato altrettanto comodo per me perchè, viaggiando con autovettura, ho dovuto parcheggiarla nelle strisce blu della piazza (per fortuna ho trovato posto proprio di fronte). Wir bevorzugen ruhige Orte, gerne am Rand von Naturparks gelegen, aber auch nicht weit, von Sehenswürdigkeiten und Städten entfernt. All das erfüllt die Villa perfekt. Hinter ihr beginnen die Berge und man kann sehr schnell in die Wandergebiete um den Lago Matese kommen.
