Overall it's a good price-performance ratio. Excellent hard mattress. Neat bathroom. Good breakfast; small but clear buffet with freshly prepared eggs. - I missed soundproof windows, you can clearly hear the river in front of the window. Earplugs helped though.

Very positive Experience
Great service by front desk. Nice clean room. Broad breakfast buffet and available early in time to get the first entrance to Macchu Picchu. Good location at the Macchu Picchu "side of town".

Hotel staff met us at the train station to make sure we didn’t get lost (email them with your arrival train in advance). Staff were helpful, courteous and attentive. If there is a quiet place in Agua Calientes, this is it!

The hotel was perfect for a night before going to Machu Picchu! The people working at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The room has a lovely balcony over the river and is very nice and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place with very kind, friendly, and helpful staff. Simple delicious breakfast and comfortable lodging. Amazing view. A bit hard to find so make sure you look up directions before you arrive in Aguas Calientes, but not a long walk. Highly recommend.

Es una gran opción si te quedas en machu Picchu pueblo, está a 5 minutos caminando de la parada de buses y la estación de trenes, el personal fue muy amable y sirven un buen desayuno desde las 4:30 am que en nuestro caso fue de mucha utilidad pues teníamos el primer horario de entrada a las ruinas

Helpful and kind staff
Rooms are basic, though rooms (especially top floor) have great view of river (across the street) from balcony. Staff was very accommodating for luggage storage and unlimited tea/wifi after visiting Machu Picchu. Breakfasts are hearty and large. Staff was willing to help with printing and bus tickets for weary travelers. Property was quiet and benefits from being farther away from train station.

This affordable hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable, annd we love hearing the sound of the river. Apart from an occasional bus going by, it is very quiet and just out of the town and train noise, but a few minute walk to everything. The owner is very helpful, and speaks English! Breakfast is great each morning.

Great location with superb staff!
We had a wonderful stay at Panorama. The staff working there were amazing! From the smiling, happy face of the young lady at the front to the chef who prepared our breakfast! The room was comfortable and yes, it is on the road that the buses travel by in the morning but it was fine and I am a light sleeper. Location was nice as it is away from the hustle and bustle of the main area but a 2 minute walk from the great restaurants.

We loved Panorama! The view of the river and welcome to machu picchu sign are right outside your window. It is a wonderful location close to all the restaurants and I can't say enough about how helpful the staff are. We ended up booking an extra night because we were so impressed.

Stayed in a triple room on the top floor in Sept 2023. Had a nice balcony overlooking the river. Beds were comfortable with nice duvets. Room was clean. Bathroom was excellent with a large, clean shower with lots of hot water and good water pressure. Morning breakfast was good with eggs made to order and a selection of cereals, breads, fruits, ham and cheese. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed it

Basic but adequate
Panorama B&B was very basic but we were only there 1 night to visit Machu Picchu so it was fine for what it was. Walkable from the train station and easy to check-in etc. Beds were not the comfiest.

Pluses are awesome attentive staff, nice breakfast, clean comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. It is also in a quiet part of town... some hotels are located very close to bars and restaurants that can get noisy. Negatives are that the rooms are small, sparse and dark. They could use more hooks/other devices to hang clothes. Very dark even with all lights on. We used a flashlight to look thru our suitcase in the evening because the room light was so poor..

- Amazing location (centric but quite) - Breakfast was very good, natural orange juice and all, loved the mini croissant - the best coffee I’ve ever had in my trip - the bed was so comfy, the duvet was so soft - all the staffs were so kind and helpful

The property owner was very nice and understanding. We had to get in line for Machu Picchu entry tickets as soon we we got off the train and could get to the hotel until 1 am. He woke up to let us check in. Breakfast is served as early as 4 am, which helps for the early morning tours. We had the 3 bed room and it had a beautiful view overlooking the river. I would definitely stay here again
