The staff was very nice and the hotel was situated right in the heart of town where restaurants, shops and an easy route to the train and bus stations that passed a lot of local stands selling items at great prices.

O hotel fica a 700m da estação de trem. Fica numa rua movimentada de bares e restaurantes. O café da manhã é simples, mas tem o básico. O ruim é que é por hora marcada porque o espaço é pequeno e não cabe todos de uma vez. As instalações são boas, mas a água quente do banheiro não esquenta. Reclamei, mas não foi resolvido. O pior que achei foi o checkout ser às 09:00 da manhã. É terrivelmente cedo.

No hot water. Room smells bad and the worse of the all, I left my luggage at the reception when I back to pick up at 2pm the hotel was CLOSED. I called the hotel phone number no one answered. I wait for 30 minutes no one show up. As I have a train and a bus to catch in time the store beside her call someone who call the property manager to get my luggage and run to catch the train at the last minute.

Great value.
Location is good though almost anywhere is here. Very small village. Hotel has great bathrooms and very clean. Staff was very good too. Two problems - 1. the bed was extremely hard. 2 the sound echoes so when ppl started having breakfast at 5-5:30am you could hear the screeching of the chairs and talking. There is no sound buffer and it travels to third floor like they were right next to us.

Our stay was amazing from beginning to end. Bertha was wonderful, she picked us up from the train station, walked us to the hotel, and was helpful and so kind during our stay. Jenny was a great host as well. We felt like we were at home, from their welcoming attitude, to the delicious breakfast, to our friendly talks. Their warm attention and kindness made our stay unforgettable. The hotel premises were aso very clean and centrally located.

This property is almost next to hot spring and offers really good service. They picked us up at the train station and made all the effort to make us feel comfortable during our stay. The path to get to hotel is steep but offers beautiful view of the city.

The property is a little bit far from the the railway station, but there are numerous restaurants, tourism agents around. The room is small, but very clean, well organized. Service is good. Would recommend it

I was very pleased with the service and the customer service. The ladies went above and beyond to accommodate us. It was a lot of walking up and down inclines, some very steep, but they did not mind walking around with us. We needed to find a place to change currency using our card. Valerie walked with us asking others she met where we could find such a place, until we located an ATM machine, and this was some distance from the hotel. Everything is cash in Machu Picchu, so when booking your stay through one of these engines, it would be best to pay up front. The place is very clean and the service is excellent. I would stay there again.
