Gut: Sauberkeit
The host was great at communicating about the property. They were very quick to reply and offered suggestions about trains, taxi service, etc. The check in process was easy. We met the host at their office and they provided the keys and instructions for entry. They were very easy to work with. The apartment was just a block off of Gran Via, where all the shopping and restaurants are located. So it was easy to walk everywhere from the apartment. It was clean and had all of the basic necessities. The only downside was the noise, which wasn't the host's fault. There is a nightclub on the 1st floor of the apartment building and it was directly below our unit. The street noise continued into the early morning hours both nights of our stay, which made it difficult to sleep.
