1. Communication Issues: There were significant communication problems with the property manager, Paula. Despite claiming to speak English, she was nearly impossible to understand. Texting her wasn't an option, and other methods of communication seemed futile. When she called me and couldn't understand what I was saying, she became extremely agitated, raising her voice. I didn't travel to engage in arguments or acquire negative emotions; I came to enjoy myself.
2. Noise around the Bar: Exceptionally Loud: On one occasion, I couldn't fall asleep until 4 am in the morning due to the incessant noise from the downstairs bar. The noise was consistently disruptive, and it felt as if the soundproofing was nonexistent, with the glass doors seemingly amplifying every sound.
3. Room: While the furnishings and overall design of the room were minimalist, they were not functional. The water pressure in the shower was weak, sometimes even cold. Additionally, the furniture doors didn't align properly.
4. Cleaning: I put "do not disturb" tag on the door for the first night then remove it in hopes of getting fresh towels, the room remained untouched and no fresh towels. No signs of any cleaning efforts. This was highly disappointing.
I would recommend you to stay at a hotel with a receptionist. This property does not accommodate any requests.
