« Budget friendly accommodation. Children (2 nos.) bunk bed was quite temporary and unsafe in the particular room provided. Lower charges room (hut type) were somewhat better than family room having higher charges with unsafe bunk bed. »

« Absolutely stunning views to begin with. The property is kept in pristine condition. The services are exceptional. Our check in was flawless, a tad slow because I was missing my visa picture bearing a US Passport. It wasn't a fault on their end actually. The breakfast was amazing with variety of preparations in both Indian and continental facets. The head chef, was particularly watchful. The checkout was fast and it was heartbreaking to leave this property after one night stay. I'm definitely...

« Had great experience at the hotel. You should consider this hotel if visiting Mussoorie. This hotel is the best attraction of the city. »

« J'ai visité et marché. Il manque quelqu'un qui parle un peu français. Ce séjour reste quand même parmi les meilleurs. »

« All good. But a single rod heater is not enough to keep you warm during the freezing winter. They mention they provide electric blankets on request but I was advised they do not. Very strange. »

« Excellent place to stay. Staff was very courteous, welcoming every step of the way. Food was excellent! »

« It's a cozy stay.. Will visit again ❤️ »

« This hotel is in Mall Road and it felt like an inconvenience when we reached there since entering the mall road with a hired taxi is not allowed, but later on we found that it's a privilege to be in the mall road. The most fun of mussoorie is in the mall road actually and it's just outside the hotel. They also arranged for porters who would pick up our luggages. Beyond the location, rooms are spacious enough to walk inside. While walls etc seem like older property, it is well maintained. We had...

« The moment we entered it smells weirdly. Some of staff was friendly but one sitting on restaurant billing counter was not friendly. Rooms were okaish and no where justifies $115/night. Staff should »

« We had a great experience at Fortune Resort Grace. The staff were excellent, the rooms had beautiful views of the valley and the location was near the market. Highly recommend. »

« I am not satisfied with hospitality staff. Rooms were unclean unhygenic and a lot of disturbance from outside place. At the time of booking room is differnt and which is allocated both are different »

« This was one of the most amazing experiences in Uttarakhand. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the owner was cordial and very helpful over the phone. The highlight, however, was the exceptional customer service. The on-site manager, Manjit, and his team were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our glamping experience comfortable and memorable. Manjit also prepared delicious food, so I highly recommend dining at the property instead of going...

« It is a decent stay option but far away from mall road. I stayed in Luxury suite but it was nit luxurious as per 3* star hotel standards. Tea/ Cofee/ Complimentary water bottle/ hand towel were missing in the room. Intercom was not working. Staff was cooperative and served good food »

« Good breakfast. Good staff . Helpful. Facilities were average. 3 star »
