Thank you for the comments. We however do not agree with all what you have said. We do receive lots of guests who are newlyweds and come for romantic honeymoons and holidays and they do appreciate our modern and well equipped chalets. You are correct in saying that our chalets are kept clean and like you saw we had a daily chambermaid service however, we refute your comment that it is partly a bit run down. The chalets are only 5 years old and are constantly being maintained as and when required. The kitchen is fully equipped and you would have found everything including pots & pans & all the required cutlery and crockery.This was all available to use in the kitchen which was all shown to you when you checked in. We take pride in our rooms, they are all equipped with the necessary appliances including free local telephone, free wifi and TV with 21 channels of entertainment. The drive access to get to the chalet is short which is easily accessible on foot and by car. Surfers Chalets are located up on the hill and this is what gives the wonderful views of the sea from each and every chalet. A hired car is recommended, if you did not have a car one could have been organised for you as we have cars available on site. The management and staff are very polite and obliging and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. So we don't understand what you are trying to say to be more obliging. We are a self catering establishment where guests can choose to do their own catering and cooking in a fully serviceable kitchenette or they have the choice of having their meals at the on site restaurant. We do not offer the chalets on full or half board or bed & breakfast for the simple reason we are what we advertise “A Self Catering Establishment”. The Surfers Team

Vous pouvez prendre vos propres repas dans le chalet qui dispose d'une kitchenette entièrement équipée ou vous pouvez choisir de prendre vos repas et de dîner dans d'autres restaurants de la région. Bien que nous ayons un restaurant sur place qui complimente l'hébergement, l'hébergement est en fait un établissement indépendant. Notre restaurant propose une grande variété de menus et s'adresse à la majorité des clients sur différents budgets. Nos prix de restaurant n'ont pas changé au cours des 5 dernières années et nous croyons très certainement que les prix sont justes et bien équilibrés. Ce qui est terrible, c’est quand un agent de voyages (Mayotte Evasion Clic Voyages) sait pertinemment que, lorsque l’hébergement est déjà prépayé chez Expedia, l’hôtel reçoit le paiement via une carte de crédit virtuelle uniquement disponible le jour de l’enregistrement et qui avait déjà été traité bien avant même que nous ayons été avisés que le client ne viendrait pas le jour de l'enregistrement. De plus, essayer de mentir et de nous dire que le vol avait été annulé alors qu'en réalité, il n'en était rien. Le vol est arrivé aux Seychelles à l'heure (Air Austral). Nous avons également communiqué directement via WhatsApp à l'invité et nous avons offert le montant de la réservation payée (dans un courrier électronique à Celine Petiole Ducret de Mayotte Evasion & Clic voyages) pour que le client soit crédité d'un prochain séjour encore venir aux Seychelles et réserver directement avec nous. Comme pour tout hôtel / hébergement, nous avons une politique de non remboursement de 30 jours et vous le sauriez lors de la réservation de l'hébergement, en particulier dans le secteur des voyages et du tourisme. Si c'est en fait la faute des agents de voyages et qui a rédigé cet avis, c'est à cet agent de prendre la responsabilité vis-à-vis du client et non d'essayer de faire porter le blâme à la propriété lorsque nous avons une politique claire en matière de remboursement. Nous avons cependant fait de bonne foi une offre pour le montant reçu pour un futur séjour.

Per l'aria condizionata pubblicizziamo solo che la camera da letto è climatizzata, tuttavia se si desidera raffreddare la cucina e il soggiorno normalmente si dovrebbe lasciare la porta della camera da letto aperta e le porte anteriori e posteriori allo chalet chiuse e questo è sufficiente per Raffreddare lo chalet completo con l'aiuto dei ventilatori a soffitto rendendo la temperatura piacevole e fresca. שים לב שאנחנו לא מפרסמים מיזוג אוויר בסלון אלא רק בחדר השינה. הממסד הוא מפעל קייטרינג עצמי וזה נפוץ יש airconditioning רק בחדר השינה. אם היינו בונים את כל מזגן אתה תהיה לשלם הרבה יותר גבוה שיעורי. המזגן בחדר השינה עובד מצוין, אבל אם אתה מצפה להפעיל את מזגן עוזב את הדלת האחורית ואת הדלת פתוחה לרווחה זה לא יעבוד טוב. אמרתי לך לפחות בשתי הזדמנויות שאתה צריך לסגור את הדלתות כדי airkonditioning ייכנסו לחדר השינה, אשר מקורר גם בסלון כמו הדירה הוא קטן מספיק, מזגן אחד מספיק כדי לקרר את כל האזור. תודה שבחרתם להישאר ב- Surfers.
