Looking for a comfortable home away from home without the fuss of a fancy hotel? You've found it!
Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just a stone's throw from the heart of Maidenhead, this lovely three-bedroom terraced house is the perfect base for families, friends, professionals and even your four-legged companions.
First things first, this is a real home, not a five-star hotel! It's been lived in, loved and enjoyed over the years, so expect a few scuffs, quirks and imperfections here and there. Nothing that should get in the way of a comfortable stay, though! What it lacks in showroom perfection, it makes up for in space, practicality and everything you need to settle straight in.
The Space:
Step inside and make yourself at home! The spacious living and dining room has lovely parquet flooring, plenty of room to spread out and French doors leading directly into the private rear garden. Whether you're enjoying a family dinner, watching a film or simply putting your feet up after a busy day, there's space for everyone.
The separate kitchen is generously sized and comes equipped with everything you need to whip up anything from a full Sunday roast to a quick bowl of pasta (we won't judge!). There's also direct access to the garden, making it easy to keep an eye on the little ones or furry friends while dinner is cooking.
Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable double bedrooms, so there's no need to draw straws over who gets the tiny box room! One bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a modern family bathroom. One of the bedrooms also features a clever zip-link bed, which can be arranged as a double or separated into two singles, depending on who's coming along.
There's plenty of wardrobe space too, so you can actually unpack rather than living out of your suitcase for the entire stay.
And don't worry about the essentials. You'll have comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, plenty of hot water and a well-equipped kitchen. All the everyday comforts that make a house feel like a home.
A Little Outdoor Space
The secure rear garden is a lovely bonus, whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, letting the children burn off some energy or giving the dog a little fresh air.
You'll also find a separate utility room in the garden, housing the laundry appliances and offering extra storage. There's even a rear access gate for added convenience.
Parking is available on the street outside or nearby streets although spaces aren't allocated or guaranteed.
Location, Location, Location!
Set in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, the house offers a peaceful place to retreat to while keeping Maidenhead's shops, cafés, restaurants and local amenities within easy reach.
Maidenhead is also brilliantly positioned for exploring the surrounding area, with Windsor, Marlow and the beautiful Berkshire countryside all worth discovering. And with the Elizabeth line and mainline rail services from Maidenhead station, heading into London is straightforward too.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
We believe in being upfront about our homes. This property has been lived in, and you'll notice the occasional mark, scuff or sign of everyday life. It's not brand-new, ultra-luxurious or pretending to be something it's not. Instead, it's a spacious, welcoming and well-equipped home where you can relax, get comfortable and enjoy your stay without worrying about everything being picture-perfect.
A proper home, with a few quirks, plenty of character and all the essentials covered.

Clean & Safe
The unit smelled fresh: no musty odors nor air-freshener perfumes. The bed linens and towels also were fresh-smelling. The beds were comfortable. Nice, big kitchen. Not a far drive to train station to go into London (trains takes 20-40 minutes to Paddington). Coffee lovers might like to bring a French press or other way to make brewed coffee, as the kitchen has only instant coffee and a kettle to heat water. Convenient parking right in front of door. Area felt safe and was quiet.
