Hôtel près de Makaluapuna Point, ,

« The property was as pictured. Grounds were excellently maintained and customer service was very attentive. Check in and check out was a breeze. »

« Les chambres sont vieillissantes et sombres »

« Easy communication, clean , nice space. Appreciated that I could check in a bit earlier and do the pre checkin . I didnt like the busy-ness of the street and recommend staying on the beachside part of hotel for a longer stay but this worked out well for the one night i needed. »

« Warm and courteous staff✅ Clean and convenient amenities✅ Secluded and walkable beach✅ Would definitely come back for another visit✅ »

« Hôtel bien situé avec le charme de l’ancien, plutôt dans son jus ! À l’arrivée, c’est un peu la douche froide mais on s’attache rapidement à l’endroit 😊. La route à proximité peut générer un peu de bruit le matin et la literie est un peu vieillissante ! »

« Chambre donnant directement sur le jardin/piscine BBQ au gaz en libre service ce qui est très pratique »

« Very close access to beach.. Quite location. Pool across the street. Trash shed access a few yards away. Nice patio with peek-a-Bo view of ocean and waves. Kitchen nicely supplied. Great walking paths (miles of paths and roads along Ocean). Great Golf @Plantation with very nice Club House open to public. Secure feeling. Walking distance to Honolua Grocery store where prices were almost 40% less than Safeway and other grocery stores. Walking distance to Ritz and other restaurants serving really...

« The property was in exquisite shape and the unit was very well kept. Great location! Just a short walk down a hill to beach access. Many restaurants nearby. Easy to drive to the unit. »

« Everything was perfect couldn’t have asked for anything more. The view was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here. Definitely 5 stars!! »

« The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. After a number of phone calls and talking with the Montage front desk, this was removed. We asked for service on the TV in the main room that was never addressed. The...

« Service was impeccable, they took care of our every need promptly and gracefully. Beautiful setting. »

« Exceptional per usual! We love staying at the Whaler, the condo option is great for families that aren’t trying to eat out each meal and it’s in a great location by Black Rock for snorkeling, plenty of restaraunt options and next door to Whalers Village for plenty of shopping options. »

« Property is in the great location, however beach walk to the whaler village was under construction, we need to walk around or pay parking fee in the whaler village, while we’re eating in the restaurant. The property also charged for check out cleaning fee and amenities fee but before check out they requested us to put all the trash away, run the dishwasher and no daily maid service. On the day time, it was noisy from the renovation project, we can hear constant drilling noises from our room....
