Die Klimaanlage riecht sehr sehr nach Feuchtigkeit. Das Geruch hat bei mir husten ohne Ende ausgelöst. Anscheinend sind alle Zimmer ähnlich, da selbst im Flur hat genau so schlecht gerochen :( Bad ist in die Jahre eingegangen. sanierungsbedürftig!! Also für den Preisleistungsverhältniss war das shr schrecklich. Meine Erwartungen an Accor Hotels ist viel viel besser. Insbesondere die Luxusklasse wie Pullman Hotels !!

The personnel is very friendly and responsive. The service is very good. On the other side, we booked a room with view on Kaaba, we had a room with a partial view. The bathroom has a shower not a bath. The curtains of the shower are short. After taking the shower, water is leaked on the floor of the bathroom. There are no stands on which one can put the shower gel, shampoo, etc. One has to leave them on the floor and bend every time to take what is needed.

Definitely very close to Haram and that is the only good thing about the Hotel. The rooms are shabby and the staff are not so efficient.The reception queue is always long.on arrival at the hotel I first waited for some one to bring a trolley to me for my luggage, to be brought in but no one gave me any attention hence not only brought my luggage in but also had to bring it up to my room.I was there for a day to perform umrah and attend a Nikah ceremony of my husband’s nephew which we did hence I assume it was served the purpose.

Check in was terrible. Took several minutes to get checked in as it was so busy and unorganised. There were heaps of people waiting by the reception. Staff were not helpful at all. We were not even taken to our room, they just handed the key card and made us make our own way to the room along with us carrying our own luggages. I would not consider this a 5 star establishment at all. We were given no information about breakfast or Wi-Fi. Furthermore, the location and getting into the hotel required 2 lifts of which both taken roughly 20-30 mins to allow yourself back into the hotel as the clock tower is so busy. Meaning the lifts take forever and stop at every floor till you can even make it back to your hotel let alone your room. We were put on the 22nd floor which is the top when i specifically requested a low floor with a baby. An extremely unorganised and manic hotel. Was a very negative experience and did not feel 5 star whatsoever. The phone didn’t work in the room which meant there was so room service help whatsoever. Hardly any clean towels or toiletries given. Overall unhelpful staff and far too busy to be a decent business. I would give this hotel a miss.

Dont waste your money just by deceived images of the room,in really its not what are going to get make sure to bring your own extra towels and some drinking water, they don't give towels and water more the the persons in the room, in my case we lived 3 people with two towels, housekeeping staff is very rude, and not cooperative, i suggest other properties hilton, horrible and time wasting reception

Checked in couple hours ago, called twice reception for washroom cleaning, no one here yet. Very dirty and stinky wash room and bath tub clogged to the point where you can’t put your foot in, all dirty sewage water filling in. Bedcovers also not neat and clean. From the price point, they could have done better, big time disappointment.

Initially the management denied the booking from Expedia, which frustrated our parents because I did the booking on behalf of them. Even though They had the booking reference and all the required documents. Later on when I called they agreed to the booking. This behaviour was unacceptable as my parents were old and put in such an awkward situation. They should have proper managerial support system and stop harassing older pilgrims. Over all the stay was good. Best location as per my parent's observation.

Property near Haram which is good but access not clear. No signage on main roads. Friendly staff. Inadequate number of staff at front desk. No brief about the elevators banks network. Map required. Number of Elevators is inadequate to the huge number of gusts attending at least 6 hotels in same complex.
