Hôtel accueillant et propre.
Les personnels sont très gentils et accueillants. La chambre grande et propre.
Par contre, le salle de bain et un peu vieillot, il faut revoir.

A lot of hotel for the price. We had a family room with an upstairs mezzanine bedroom which was clean and great for a family of four. Pool, bar and restaurant were all good. Breakfast was one of the best buffets I have seen - so much choice it was impossible to try everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly - always greeted us with a smile and a 'hello'.

Good value for family stay
We recently stayed in a family room at the Hotel Santika Premiere Malang. The two-level room was spacious and the kids enjoyed sleeping in the twin beds in the upstairs loft area. The breakfast was very good, as was the overall customer service and attentiveness. We would stay here again!

Excellent Hotel with great Staff
Excellent hotel with warm friendly staff. Wide variety of buffet breakfast choices. Amenities are in tip tip condition. Location maybe not so central but Grab and Gojek transport services are very easy to get and very cheap. Overall this will be our hotel to go to when we visit Malang again.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay.
We have enjoyed our stay and very good and wide spread of local food for the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended and would definitely like to stay again if we ever return. A pity we did not have time to enjoy the simming pool.

Nice hotel layout. The sense of arrival, the seating area, the view toward the pool...the bathrooms of the rooms must be upgraded. Overall pleasant stay. Also they should maybe have a wine list, minimal but at least some options. Only beer at this hotel.

Probably the best hotel in Malang
This must be probably best hotel in Malang. Great service, they allowed early check-in, clean rooms, rich and tasty breakfasts, pool with relaxing area around it. Wi-fi connection also good. If I ever go Malang again, Santika Premiere is my first choice!

POOR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE - SANTIKA PREMIER MALANG
Upon arrival the FO agents did not ask for my credit card. So when I went to the restaurant I was asked to pay cash. FO agent did not follow standard SOP. In the restaurant during dinner for my wife and I my food came earlier and my wife food came 30 minutes later. Apparently the staff forgotten about my wife's food. The staff apologised and we left to our room. The waiter later came to our room to apologised and offered fresh fruits to compensate for their poor service. We refused because their service was sloppy and they need to be properly trained. The service staff attitudes including the FO staff need to be checked. Shame on the GM and management of Santika. The next morning we had breakfast later and I saw the restaurant staff having food from the buffet counter and left the insert empty. How can Santika has poor management of the service and staff.

High quality, comfortable stay
I was pleasantly surprised at how good this hotel was. Very good condition of room.
Gym - skip it - had 2 treadmills, one was in dodgy condition. I ran instead at an army training park about 1.8km away.
Restaurant food - very good local food.

Very clean hotel, bathroom bit old, but clean.
We only stayed one night, but slept well in a comfortable, clean bed. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. The airconditioning worked well.
