« View is beautiful! We were told they would call us when our room was ready- they didn't. Reserved a balony but was given a mountain view with no balcony. When we did get a room, the ac was off and it was stuffy and above 80 in the room. We turned on the ac and after 2.5 hours it was still 80 degrees . The woman at the desk seemed annoyed when I went to notify her. She did send another woman up who was very apologetic and did offer to move us to another room. »
