« The property was located in an ideal area to reach many different attractions of Los angeles. It was welcoming very open and the pool was beautiful we would definitely stay there again. »

« This is a lovely home in a great location. The beds are very comfy, and there is plenty of hot water! We didn't cook there, but the kitchen seemed well equipped. The resident cats are charming, and the host is very nice and accommodating! »

« The owner- Mariam was fantastic and the house is absolutely lovey. Well-appointed, classy, immaculate with comfy beds and great pillows. It was about a 50 minute drive to Universal Studios with LA traffic. Ordered BLVD. Indian for dinner from nearby and it was the perfect post-park dinner at "home." Highly recommend. »

« Sam was a gracious host and very helpful when I had any questions! The views were absolutely amazing and I could not have asked for better weather :) The only thing to point out was that the canopies weren't there and the pool was a little unkempt (to be fair, I did not explicitly say I would be using it!) but otherwise the home was absolutely stunning and I would love to stay here again :) Thank you so much!! »

« Had the worst rental experience ever with this property. First of all it’s shown to have a pool and hot tub so one would assume there would be a switch to turn on heated jets but upon asking the property management they said there’s no switch to make that happen. The layout of the place is very strange there are no privacy doors to the bottom bedroom or the upstairs attic bedroom and the windows do not have top blinds so I had a terrible nights sleep on top of the outside sensor lights going off...

« Absolutely loved the location. Being on Malibu Road makes it easy to come and go on a mellow street. The view is amazing, the deck is literally over the water at high tide and at low tide you can walk all the way to the Malibu Pier. We saw dolphins swimming by everyday. I’m a runner and so it was nice to just go out the door and run on Malibu Road. The location to restaurants and shopping is ideal. »
