Hôtel près de Mall Road, Nainital, Nainital

« Property location is really nice with good views, food was good. Room needs bit of furnishing, as there were no wardrobes.. Slightly over priced compared to the amenities in the room. Hospitality was better when this hotel was called Manu Maharani, this time felt like corporate vibe with less personal touch.. More like money and profits.. Thanks »

« very disappointed - dark room with dirty chairs - an old hotel We reserved 2 nights, we stayed 2 hours. The hotel does not correspond to the standards. »

« It is a decent property with good staff, delicious food. Some buildings of the property are under renovation so some nearby noise keeps troubling you. Location is good with complimentary shuttle service »

« Excellent heritage property surrounded by lush green trees with beautiful mountains in the distance. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast offered good variety, and the local dinner dishes were absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the market. »

« Breakfast was good The facilities at the hotel were very poor . Not enough hot water with a notice in bathroom saying you have to wait 25 min after filling up one bucket of hot water. We were given miniscule Bottles for soap and shampoo. Nowhere near 4 star. 2 star is the rating for this hotel. Very disappointed »

« The property was nice and we have enjoyed our stay. »

« We, family of 6 stayed there for 5 nights in dec21. Pros: 1. Spacious rooms with powerful heater in place. 2. Good breakfast. Dinner is lip smackingly delicious. 3. Great heritage properry. 4. Very good service Cons: 1. The approach road to the property is very very steep. »

« Chambre dotée d un élément de confort très rare , un chauffage d appoint très appréciable en hiver et au printemps. Personnel efficace sur des questions de maintenance . Personnel helpful mettant à disposition leur propre matériel face à une défaillance de la connexion internet. »

« Staff were amazing, great place to visit. »

« I have pictures of broken walls, stained and dirty bedsheets. Never stay here. »

« Good »

« Room was beyong our expectation. Staff was friendly and understanding. Best part was the peacefull environment. We enjoyed every second and food was good. A must stay place if you are visiting Nanital with family and specially kids. »

« The hotel charges sky high rates… I paid 12K per room night in a place like Nainital… in exchange of terrible food, unresponsive room service. The hotel relies only on it’s heritage status and nothing else. Would never recommend it to anyone. »

« It was just a horrible experience on arrival at the property not recommend at all, very bad smell at property and rooms were not clean »
