Hôtel premier prix. Chambre petite, salle de bain très vétuste, ménage parfois pas fait, nourriture industriel, hôtel exclusivement Anglais et Allemand, très bruyant, aucun respect des autres. Un matin pas d'eau chaude. On informe l'accueil qui réponds "problème technique" sans aucune politesse. Avantage très proche de la mer.

je vous déconseille cet hotel il est juste horrible, matelas troué , chambre pas nettoyée,des trou au plafond ,des odeur de remonter des égouts,pas de téléphone dans la chambre, pas de seche cheveux,la piscine est toute petite. je n'y retournerais pas .

Hotel trés bien situé, prés de la mer et commerce. La nourriture était bonne mais le buffet peu varié. Beaucoup d'anglais et peu de français.. Les chambres sont simple mais bien, manque un séche cheveux ; ) , Le petit hic, le manque d'insonorisation. Piscine assez grande. Séjour trés satisfaisant.

Gillade inget. rekomendera ej skandinavier detta hotell. Maten är inte god. Stressad i matsalen, personalen flyger runt och torkar bord med samma trasa. Smulor borstas ner på golvet. Lyhört hotell. Lägenheterna ligger på andra sidan gatan av hotellet. Städning av rummet får man om man har tur kl 16:00 på eftermiddagen. Hotellet gäster är från England och Spanjen. Dålig all inclusiv. Barnen fick inte hämta glass, samt för oss vuxna så var det inte mycket att välja mellan.

The bathrooms are in need of Renovation But the rest of the hotels been done now and it’s very nicely done staff are very friendly. You pay €1 fir a eco cup which is a good idea for all inclusive so you bring your cup back each time for a drink you can have a clean cup each time when your done have your €1 back no cups are left around very good for the environment brilliant idea

Revisited this hotel the lady 8 years
Hotels is being refurbished new beds and flat screen tv with free internet through out the hotel new restaurant all decorated the bathrooms are old and not been refurbished yet which are in great need of being done. There is also now a down stairs game room . I only stay bed and breakfast and there’s a full cooked breakfast if you wish or Cearel yogurt toast . Staff are friendly and very helpful.

In the middle of a nice area close to the beach
The hotel is tried in places but having been for the last seven years can see that they are trying to up date it. Needs painting and redecorating. Only ever stayed bed and breakfast and found the food to be very good You have a choice a cooked breakfast toast cereal and fruit. Staff are very Freindley and helpful. Pools very small for the hotel size and is always full of inflatables so if you want to swim You won't be doing it in this hotel, there's not enough sunbeds and people put towels on even when their not using the bed till later guess that's the same where ever you go. Nice flat screen TVs with some English channels have been installed this year.

Leider bekommt man bei Halbpension nicht mal Wasser zum Essen und kann nur aus billig Sirup hergestelltem Getränke wählen. Von 8 Nächten wurde unser Zimmer gerade mal 6 mal gereinigt also zweimal nicht mal die Betten gemacht. Morgens um 9 ist großes Rennen angesagt wenn man einen Liegestuhl haben möchte am Pool. Die meisten fangen schon um kurz nach 8 an dort sich anzustellen. Sind etwa 40 Liegen für 200 Leute. Essen ist eigentlich immer das selbe bis auf ein Gericht zumindest was wechselt, Geschmack nicht Gut haben nur 2 mal von dem Gebrauch gemacht da ich mir und den Mitreisenden nicht antun wollte. Über all Selbstbedienung und das Personal ist nicht in der Lage die Tische komplett ein zu decken. Tassen für Kaffee oder Tee zum Frühstück bestimmt alle Sauber im Schrank aber kaum auf den Tischen. $er Tische immer nur für 2 gedeckt wenn überhaupt 6 er Tische gibt es gar nicht!!! Habe jeden Morgen unseren Tisch selbst eingedeckt weil kein Personal sich dafür verpflichtet gefühlt hat. Gäste international aber untere Schicht.

Für kleines Geld einen großen Urlaub gemacht
Die Preis Leistung stimmt hier auf jeden Fall. Der Strand und die Promenade sind in zwei Minuten erreicht. Die Halbpension ist in Ordnung. Über die Sauberkeit kann man sich auch nicht beschweren. Das Hotel ist schon älter aber uns hat es nicht gestört.

Rejste med 2 piger på 8 og 9 år og på værelset var der sat en ekstra seng ind, hvor fjeder stak op fra madras, heldigvis var sengene så store at vi nemt kunne ligge på 2 og derfor ikke behøvede at bruge den ekstra ringe seng. Manglede et køleskab på værelset.

Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse på hotellet. Personalen var otroligt trevliga och duktiga. Frukosten var helt okej. De hade ganska mycket olika alternativ, så det fanns alltid något för någon. Nära till stranden och bara 10min bort från shoppinggator. Enda negativa var att solstolarna vid poolen alltid var upptagna. Men annars var detta definitivt prisvärt! Lär allt återkomma!

Great holiday. Staff friendly and helpful. I'm very fussy eater and always something I could eat, we were all inclusive. Went mid June and no problem getting sunbed even when arrived at pool at 10am, though I suspect may need to reserve sunbed earlier July/August when more kids there. Supermarket 2minutes walk, 2 minutes to bars sports bars restaurants. Went to caves of drach,don't book through hotel,walk 5 minutes to bus stop then €1.85 each way to caves and €15 entrance at caves.if you book water park we had to walk 15 minutes to get bus from different hotel,make sure you standing at correct entrance as we found to our cost ! (2 entrances each on different streets). Cleaner service and towel change every day but wed and Sunday. Great air con free in room.

Mediocre at best
The hotel is being presented well online, but does not live up to it. The rooms are in a poor state and daily housekeeping seems to be not the case. Out of five nights, housekeeping did only once clean the room. The room booked and the room allocated did not match and after speaking to one member of the reception team, who acknowledged the mistake, the second member of staff later on, declined that there had been a mix up and that the room was as booked. Being on a breakfast and dinner plan was a mistake. Breakfast as well as dinner were not very well presented and the food quality below standards. The food was not adequately hot and the only items that changed were the fish and the meat. Labelling of the food was missing as well. There was never any checking if the persons eating dinner had actually booked or not, which means anybody could have joined.

Das Zimmer war eher Abstellkammer. Ich musste erst einmal die Möbel umstellen, damit ich mich bewegen könnte. Der Raum herunter gekommen, Löcher in den Wänden, Bad 1,5 x 1,5 m , Kein Badevorleger, kein Fön, Zimmer schmutzig Das Hotel dürfte nur 1 Stern haben. Was dafür spricht: das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit

Stayed alone in June 2014 Warm friendly welcome , room basic but got all I need . Very clean hotel , staff very friendly and had a relaxed great atmosphere. Close to all beach and shops however nice and quiet at night Food was good same choices but plentiful and very good and hygienic Staff where amazing hard workers , polite happy and efficient Overall I could not fault the hotel I would definitely go back and take my family next time Wasn't the ritz but payed 290 flights all inclusive and transfers really can't grumble Strongly recommend the hotel and it's staff

Nice hotel, willing staff, room for improvement.
I am a single traveller and had a single room with a double bed. The room was small, but adequate. The only downside to the room was the amount of furnishings and the room layout. The room was about twelve foot square with a short entry corridor and en suit bathroom off to the side. There was a desk with draws, a stool to go with the desk a small bedside table and a chair as well as the double bed. To say it was crammed would be an understatement. You could not walk passed the end of the bed, you had to shuffle sideways in order to get to the balcony. Please don't misunderstand me, this is in no way is meant to take away from the hotel. I just think they could make the room better by turning the bed 90 degrees and have it go along the back wall, as the room is for single use, you do not need to get either side of the bed. Also they could lose one or two items of furniture. This would in my opinion make the room more workable. Having said that, it is a lovely hotel, with lovely staff.

Hotel pésimo a pesar de lo barato que es.
Está cerca de la playa y es lo único bueno que puedo decir del hotel. Cuando llegamos la habitacion estaba sucia, se nos hizo una gotera en el techo y la comida dejaba mucho que desear ademas que no habia variedad de ningun tipo. Es un hotel para ir a dormir y poco más. Sobre 10 le valoro con un 5, ya que a pesar de todo, la estancia no fue tan mala. No merece la pena coger todo incluido, ya que la bebida son sobres con agua. Tampoco disponen de tomate ni de nesquik ni de muchas cosas que son esenciales en un hotel con buffet. Las habitaciones las hacen 5 dias a la semana, ni los miercoles ni los domingos las limpian. La piscina es bastante pequeña. Y todos los horarios que hay estan hechos para extranjeros, ya que a las 10 de la noche ya han acabado todos los espectaculos y la cena acaba a las 9.

The a/c leaked a river of water in my room the first nite.There where absolutely no xtra towels shame on them .Whats with no phones in the rooms ??? The all inclusive food was not for any palate.. Staff And Mgmt. needs to be relocated to a real hotel to experience how it works .My chamber maid was consciencious she should be commended for staying in such a place.

Rigtig fint hotel til prisen, og god beliggenhed.
Vi havde ikke de store forventninger da prisen på hotellet var i den lave ende. Men vi blev positivt overrasket! Hotellet er slidt, men fremstår dog stadig meget fint. Det samme gælder værelserne, som også bare skulle bruges til at sove i. Hvis ikke hotellet behøver være i top, og ferien skal leves ved poolen eller væk fra hotellet, så kan jeg varmt anbefale dette hotel!! Og hvis pris er vigtigere end luksus, så er dette et godt valg.

Hotellet er gammelt og veldig slitt.Tilogmed sengetøy og håndklær var fillete. Rengjøringsfolkene kom veldig tidlig og vi rakk ikke stelle oss før de kom.Frokosten var ikke særlig bra.Kaffe og te var lunka, det samme var melk og juice.Det var ikke kjøkkenkrok på rommet som vi ble forspilt ved bestilling,ikke engang et lite kjøleskap hvor vi kunne ha litt kald drikke.Beliggenheten var helt topp,nærme strand og shopping,men ,beklager,vi kommer nok ikke til dette hotellet igjen.

Zorg voor een Voucher!
Bij aankomst bleek dat we een voucher moesten overleggen: maar zoiets hadden we nooit gekregen! Bij de receptioniste ontbrak ieder vermogen om tot een oplossing te komen, dus we waren maar wat blij met onze dochter die in vloeiend Spaans de dame er van kon overtuigen dat we die hotelkamer sleutel echt nodig hadden. Verder een heerlijk verblijf met prima ontbijt en avondeten. Prima prijs-prestatie verhouding.

Not for the faint hearted!
Unlike most of the other guests we weren't staying on an all inclusive basis just bed and breakfast. The rooms were ok however, the lack of effective air conditioning was a big problem. The pool as we had read was small but clean however there were far too few sunbeds. Overall this hotel was ok and as we had read the reviews prior to going as we expected however it certainly wasn't 3 star, I'd say 2 star at the most.

joke hotel, good for dieting alcoholics, bar staff , and waiters very pleasant. Be careful of the food, its designed to help commandos cope with POW food when they are captured. If you want to eat out I can reccomend Yates bar , just around the corner, most of the other residents will be there too. Watch out for the hotel chef , trained at hotel bastardos, see what happens if you misplace a spoon! Bar staff are amazing and drinks flow freely until 11pm, Barmen are diamond geezers . Lovely resort, dodgy hotel, bring a box of matches!!!!

DISAPPOINTING HOTEL
I booked this hotel last minute so didn't check the reviews until after booking. What a mistake that was because the reviews would have put me straight off. We booked this hotel as it was rated 3 star and having stayed in many 3 star establishments over the years felt it would be satisfactory. We also booked all inclusive for the first time as we were on a tighter budget this time around. We arrived at the hotel just in time for lunch and were checked in fairly quickly so no complaints there. The room we were given was very basic and dated but functional. The cleaning service was completely another matter. We were there for a week and all the maid did was make the beds and replace toilet rolls/towels. Considering temperatures were reaching 30 degrees and the air conditioning was less than satisfactory the sheets should have been changed at least twice during this time but they were never changed. The bedspreads smelt of smoke which leads me to believe they hadn't been changed after the previous guests....yuck!! We threw them in the top of the wardrobe but they still found their way back on the bed everyday the maid had been in! Food was diabolical...ok if you want ot eat the same thing everyday, the menu was repeated on a daily basis for all three courses. After a couple of days we decided to eat out and I'm so glad we did as we found some lovely restaurants in the resort. The pool area was small and the entertainment very poor. We spent very little time at the hotel.
