Due to our location, heart of the city center, traffic restricted area we are not able to offer parking facilities, space is very limited in the city center of Palma and most of the cities but, fortunately there are different public underground car parks near the hotel like; Sa Feixina or Plaza de la Reina or in the blue outlined parking spots along the public way. Das ist einfach ein tadelloses Hotel. Wahnsinnig schön, freundliches Personal, super Frühstück. Das einzigste, kleinste Detail was ich bemängeln würde sind die Zahnputzbecher welche aus Plastik sind und nicht aus Glas und die komische Box im Bad (Cathedral) welche als Seifenspender dienen soll und doch nicht funktioniert. Aber das ist definitiv jammern auf allerhöchstem Niveau! Sonst ist alles mehr als super!

Tolles Boutique Hotel inmitten von Palma. Bereits der Abholservice vom Flughafen hat uns beeindruckt. Man landet und bekommt direkt etwas kaltes Wasser und Feuchtetücher. Im Hotel angekommen waren wir von der schönen Ausstattung und dem netten Service begeistert. Eine wahnsinnig toll geschnittene Immobilie mit großzügigen Räumlichkeiten, gemütlichen Betten, viel Pflegeutensilien. Das Highlight ist die Rooftopbar (auch für nicht Hotelgäste zu empfehlen) mit Blick auf die Katedrahle. Die Cocktails sind der Hammer. Sehr gut fanden wir auch Frühstück und Abendessen. Frisches Obst, Bircher Müsli, lokale Käse- und Wurstspezialitäten. Das Fitnessstudio ist ebenfalls gut und für die Größe des Hotels (unter 20 Zimmer) absolut ausreichend. Dort gibt es auch gratis Wasser und Handtücher. Fussläufig hat man alles um sich herum und ist schnell im hippen Santa Catalina, von wo man auch mal mit dem Bus zum schönen Playa D‘ Illetes fahren kann. Hier haben wir gern Trinkgeld gegeben. Preis-/Leistung einfach top. Danke

A little gem of a place
What a find tucked away in the historic back water of Palma. A converted 1760 palace which has been very tastefully renovated. Very friendly, helpful staff who are always on hand to help with all your needs. I stayed in the Azure suite which was very large, very quite and everything you could wish for even BBC tv channels. The roof area overlooks the magnificent cathedral which is a great place for a bevie or just a sit in the sun. I had a wonderful stay there and I hope to go back next year.

Lovely hotel on a little back street. Rooms very spacious , service at check in fantastic but Our room was unfortunately above the restaurant and bar which meant a sleepless night on our first night l. A shame as our stay was perfect sort from that.

Simply Delightful
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room we had was huge, beautifully decorated, bright and extremely comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and did everything in their capacity to make sure we had a wonderful time. The location of the hotel was exceptional, we were able to walk almost everywhere. I would highly recommend the hotel and look forward to our next with there.

Maybe i an being a bit harsh with my rating, especially staff friendliness. On the whole the staff were extremely pleasant. The main thing that let our stay down was service at breakfast on the 2nd morning of our stay. We waited over half an hour and eventually had to seek the waitress out and ask if we could order some eggs. When they eventually arrived they were cold and undercooked. But our main complaint is that the waitress was very offhand to the point of rudeness. Maybe this coloured my impression of the hotel too much but it really was an unpleasant experience. Overall the hotel is in a lovely building and well located. Very clean and beautifully furnished but I expected better views and facilities. A few shortcomings so I think overpriced for what you get .

Beautiful Hotel with Issues
Your surroundings at this hotel will be exquisite. The complimentary breakfast in the garden was a highlight for us. We received a warm welcome with cava when we arrived and However, we soon discovered the air conditioning in our room did not work. The temperature in our room was in the 80s and our window was right above a busy street with a row of bars and restaurants so keeping it open meant noise all hours of the night. We called the first night at 2am and they moved us to a new suite and told us they would fix it or move us to a new suite in the morning. The following day maintenance came and we went out on a day trip. When we returned we asked about the air conditioning and was told it was fixed. We went to our room and the window was open. The room was still quite hot. When we left for dinner at 9:30 we stopped at the desk and they turned down the temperature for us. When we returned back to our room at 11:30pm the room was 80 degrees. We called and the desk told us they would turn it down again. When we told them they had already done that they told us they would call us back. At 12:30am we finally got a new room for the night. When we checked out the following morning I said something to the person at the desk about my disappointment in how this situation was handled and was told they had fixed it but must have switched it so the thermostat blew hot air instead of cold. Overall level of service did not match price.

As you well explained in your comments, after your first notice we tried to solve it but somethis has gone wrong. Please take in mind that the switch of the cable was only an hipotesis of the desk clerk, that had no competence on that matters: after your departure we have continued investigating what happened and at this point we can say that the problem was caused by a malfunction of the machine that indicated a correct operation although it was not. By the way I'm really sorry that the overall service did not match the expectation and I'm really thankful for you to share this comment with us: it is through the comments of our customers that we can draw attention to the flaws and improve our service and we hope you will give us another chance to show you we solve the issue of our beautiful Palace.
