This level also features two bedrooms, a bathroom, reverse-cycle air conditioning and a private parents’ retreat, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind.



Downstairs offers 2 bedrooms, second bathroom, laundry facilities and a large living area, perfect for the whole family.



Malua Bay offers an idyllic lifestyle destination and popular surfing and swimming location. Malua Bay Beach is seasonally patrolled and Malua Bay shopping precinct is within a very short, level walk from this Beach House.

A car is recommended for exploring nearby beaches, coastal villages and the wider Batemans Bay region.
