Free off-street parking for two cars at the property, plus free on-street parking outside. The M60 is a few minutes away by car for routes across Greater Manchester and the airport. The Droylsden Metrolink tram stop is nearby for a direct ride into central Manchester. The Etihad Campus is around ten minutes by car, with plenty of taxis and ride-shares serving the area.

✔ Quiet hours - Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM, to respect our neighbours.

✔ A £250 fine applies if any of the above rules are broken.

✔ Pets - Well-behaved pets are welcome.

✔ Sofa bed linen set - £32.25 per stay. A full linen set (sheet, duvet, pillow and towel) is available if you need the sofa bed.
