« Quiet and clean property, and quaint room we stayed in. Very spacious! Comfortable room and great outdoor areas to enjoy. Convenient location right off Hwy 1, and quick drive to downtown Mendocino down the Hwy. »

« The house was clean & spacious. We had five adults in our group and plenty of room inside and out. It's a quick drive to Mendocino village and Fort Bragg up the highway. All of us had a great time exploring the different trails & beaches. Hot tub was nice after a long day. Everyone in our party slept comfortably. »

« We loved our stay! The house is big, beautiful, and very well maintained. It was very clean, and we enjoyed the hot tub and gourmet kitchen. All I needed was a private chef to make it perfect! Ha ha! We loved walking down to Shell Beach and even just hanging out on the deck. We were sad to leave, one week was just not enough! »

« Our family of 6 (and dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was in a perfect spot close to everything in Gualala and had really great views of the ocean. We would totally stay there again! »

« Wonderfully located, spacious, well equipped and clean home. We had a wonderful time with all of the games and the tv was easy to use. We loved the patio, hot tub and outside area also. »

« We had a great visit at this home. The views are amazing, the home was clean, tastefully furnished and, for those who plan to cook, had a nice set of quality pots/pans and utensils. Irish beach is within walking distance and nice restaurants in Point Arena are just 20 minutes away. Amit, the property manager, was very responsive answering my questions prior to our visit. We're looking forward to our next visit! »

« I gave this five stars because overall, the property was great and peaceful and the right price for what it offered. The view out to the ocean is spectacular and the location was exactly what we needed. With that said, a few frustrating things that are good to know before you go (or book this property at all): -- the bunk bed is very high and it doesn't have a guard rail or a ladder. For children, it's basically a middle-of-the-night broken arm waiting to happen. We pulled the mattress down to...

« Quiet cul de sac. House rambles a little bit but has every amenity you can want, most especially grand views from every room. About a half a block from the coastal trail. Unobstructed ocean views. »

« The cottage was an absolute gem. The bed was hard to leave each morning, absolutely comfortable. The hot tub was the perfect temperature the entire weekend. The beach was a minutes drive, as well as the town of Mendocino. We were able to drink our tea in a tiny building overlooking Big River. We will definitely be back:) »

« Such a beautiful house and a stunning location. The hot tub was gross when we arrived & they sent a team out quickly to drain, clean & refill it & it heated up quickly enough for us to go in that day! Access was easy with a lock box on the front door & my friend even charged his Tesla in the garage! It was a bit stuffy in the home, the air conditioning was needed and was not very effective & there was no breeze & no fans. I bet if I had asked for some fans they would have brought us some. ...

« A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a very quiet neighborhood. I particularly loved being able to see the starry night sky and early-morning wildlife while lying in bed. Very well equipped kitchen with a filtered-water tap and abundant supplies of everything (except light bulbs). Put a Sea Ranch visitor pass on your dash and take Vantage Rd for easy coastal trail access. Only 4 miles to Gualala restaurants, groceries, and kayaking. »
