« L’hôtel est bien situé, la deco est sympa, plus exigu que sur les photos affichées sur le site, mais cela a son charme. La chambre (Khan Khan Suite) est située au sous-sol, peu lumineuse et surtout très bruyante (vous êtes au niveau de la rue avec tous les désagréments, camion poubelle qui passe à 7am, les passants alcoolisés…). C’est ok pour la propreté, salle de bain très petite et surtout une douche impossible à régler en température, robinet pas fixé… un peu de maintenance est plus que...

« Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. This is basic hospitality and they completely failed. The staff didn’t even offer a simple apology or any sort of compensation,...

« Quick an easy for 1 one night before flying. Although the room we had is really noisy on the street and, soon as some one open the fires doors from the corridor it make our door going funny. »
