« Balikpapan is a huge city and the staff at the hotel were so helpful in helping me organise my way to seeing things. They really do go out of their way! The hotel is on a busy street with places to eat but it also serves lovely food in the restaurant. « The check-in and check-out process was very easy and fast without a deposit. The FO gave me a room with a nice view, the sea and the pool. « Un petit-déjeuner différent à chaque jour et de la variété. Bon emplacement. Le personbel parle un peu l'anglais et les chambres sont propres. Toutefois, le gymnase et la salle de déshabillage sont sales et rien ne fonctionne! Vraiment sale en plus et pas de savon dans les contenants ou il y a les douches. La serviette qu'on m'a donne était très tachée. Il n'y avait pas de clé pour ouvrir les casiers et aucun personnel. »
