„Amazing staff are a treat at the hotel. My apologies for the spelling, but Livie and Ulun at the front desk were so helpful. Livie gave us some sightseeing suggestions, reserved a table for breakfast and a pair of seats on the shuttle, found my Marriott ID, gave us a late check out and upgraded our room. Amazing, without being asked. The staff at the Eatery went out of their way to provide a great dinner and breakfast. Ezza was a prompt and helpful shuttle driver. Wayon, one of the managers, ...

Gutes Restaurant “

„Luar biasa!! Proses check in dan out mudah dan cepat tanpa deposite. “

„The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊“

„Great room great staff great location“

„There was no real areas for the storage of clothing. The rack for hanging clothes, fell off the wall with 10-15 pieces of hanging clothes. Better dressers or sturdy shelves need to be provided for guests that stay there for more than a few days.“

„The hotel is comfortable, the reception worked very professional and gave me an upgrade, so enjoyed the room until 11pm. Due to the club I could not sleep until 4am. You could feel the sound from basement. Very tired I couln't enjoy the very good breakfast. The spa is also very nice and the serious massage was nice in a realxing atmosphere. The hotel is connected with the shopping mall, so I enjoyed shopping and the way to the airport is only less than twenty minutes.

„The staff was excellent. The facility needs a lot of work. This is directly attributable to the ownership. Previous guests are not held accountable for damages they cause. Plumbing needs a complete overhaul…most importantly. Wifi is absolutely terrible. The rest is okay and can wait for the others to get fixed for now. An upgrade on the rooms looks way past due. Again, the staff is excellent and does the best it can with what it has to work with.“
