« The place was reasonably clean, however the housecoat was stained and the bathroom floor was dirty.Appears their housekeepers are not very observant and diligent.The place was good though, except the clothes dryer was not heating. Assume heating element required replacement. Reported the issue but no one came to look at it while we were there. Rented for 6 nights. »

« It's a little bit of a challenge to write this as I know the stay could have been improved with a few changes. The washing machine was broken before we arrived and it was leaking into the flooring of the washroom. It would have been nice to have this communicated before we arrived as doing laundry was one of the reasons we selected the property. « The view on the 16th floor was nive and we were treated with a couple nice sunsets. The area around the condo is a bit sketchy and most restaurants are closed in the mornings and throughout the day on weekends. Grocery stores are few, but there is a “Giant Tiger” store that has some fresh and frozen foods, including fruit. « No toiletries, bring your own. No hairdryer, 1roll of extra TP for week. Cracked glasses, juice ran out of them. Dirty pots, teflon peeling in frypan. Broken deck chair, burnt out lights in bathroom. Frustrating. We left ice cube trays, toiletries and some laundry soap/sheets for the next guest. Would not stay here again »
