Dieses Ferienhaus bietet nicht nur komfortable Extras wie 3 Badezimmer und eine Waschmaschine, sondern auch einen Balkon und einen Essbereich. Genieße den Komfort in vollen Zügen: einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle findest du ebenso vor wie eine Herdplatte und ein Smart-TV.
Dieses Ferienhaus besitzt klimatisierte Zimmer, die folgende Ausstattung bieten: Wasserkocher mit Kaffee-/Teezubehör und Haartrockner. Die Zimmer verfügen über Balkone. Another amazing stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay for a 5th year in a row. It’s a magical place to enjoy time with family and unwind. You feel relaxed from the minute you walk through the door. With endless water activities for the thrill seekers or sit back a read a book with one of the best views in lake Macquarie. We’ll be back again next year.

Perfect setting for a family escape

We stayed at sunset central Coast for a 4th year in a row. With some new upgrades it’s provides more creature comforts that makes this place a perfect family escape. We enjoyed 10 days at this spectacular home and didn’t want to leave. It has everything you need to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and with it’s own jetty, enjoy all the water sports. We’ll be back again next year!

We had a fantastic holiday, the location on the lake was superb as was the accommodation, the communication with Kaitlyn was really good. Only downfall is lack of shade on rear deck from the afternoon sun. Will definitely return.

Great dog friendly getaway

We stayed over the long weekend with another family, check in was easy with code and place was clean. Needs to note the property is not gated at all something we found would have been helpful given we brought our little dog along to this getaway. TV needs to a smart TV or at least have chromecast as an option. Very peaceful location .

Girls weekend

The property was perfect for our girls weekend away. It had plenty of communal space inside and out for eating and sitting around. It was easy to put the kayaks in the lake with the direct access. There was also nice easy walks to parks, a couple of cafes and around the lake. We cooked all our own food and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outlook from the back of the house was beautiful.

tranquil and relaxing

This is our 4th time here and we return to experience quite days fishing, family time sharing meals on the deck with a drink or two and generally relaxing. Beds/rooms are comfy and the main b/room has a particularly beautiful outlook. The location of the house with it's peaceful lake view + jetty is perfect for us. Most noise comes from the birds and, very tame, ducks! Thank you, Kaitlyn.

Perfect break for 2 families

Such a beautiful location by the lake for a relaxing weekend with friends. The kayaks, pool table and table football were all a hit ... as was the discovery of the bioluminescent algae! So pretty! The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. Everything we needed for cooking was available. We all voted we would love to return to Sunset soon! PS; Worth noting that there is a house under construction next door but thankfully the builders took a break over the long weekend.

Beautiful lake front home

We all enjoyed spending time in this beautiful house on the lake. The house is spacious, comfortable and has been newly renovated cosmetically. Great activities for the family including fishing on the private jetty, water play in the lake for the kids and kayaking. Few things to take note of: the listing mentions a “clothes dryer” but there isn’t one which makes it quite hard to do laundry given the wet weather we’ve been experiencing. It’s a pet friendly home, however, note that there isn’t a side fence so pets are able to run out to the front from the backyard.

Lovely, but tired & overpriced

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset. The house layout and location on the lakefront was perfect for our adult family holiday. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck (even on rainy days) and swimming and kayaking in the lake. However, the photos in the listing are dated and no longer accurate. The house does not have the same high quality finish depicted and hence was overpriced. For the price we paid, we would have expected: the front entry to not to flaking and covered in spiderwebs (despite a cobweb cleaner in the garage); the BBQ surface to not be rusty; the outdoor cinema to not be rusted and torn beyond use (yes, there was a new standalone screen under the stairs, but the 'cinema' should *not* be a top point in the listing); the blinds to not have mould stains; the outdoor furniture to not be torn; the billiard table to not be old and battered; the living room lights to not temperamentally flicker; various bulbs to not be blown; to not have to switch the single HDMI cable from the Foxtel box to the BluRay player and back again; the dining room table to not be strangely sticky and grubby at the edges; amongst other minor things. We have stayed in comparable houses over the summer holidays for many years and for the price we paid were rather disappointed. The house and location are great, but it clearly needs some TLC and some accurate photos, which with a reduced price would have not given us such a rude surprise.

The place was impeccably clean, the beds were incredibly comfy, and the interior was simply beautiful. With its five spacious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and three bathrooms, it provided ample space and convenience for our group of 5 ladies. It was so peaceful being right on the river, sitting in the afternoon on the balcony watching the sun go down with a few nibbles and drinks, amazing. Loved how the ducks would come up in the morning and afternoon to say hi too. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend Kaitlyn, our booking agent, very helpful and efficient. Would love to return one day.
