„Beautiful artsy place with an amazing view of the ocean! The hosts Roberto and Josephine’s are very sweet, talkative, kind and, very helpful. Breakfast was always varied and vary tasty. The lovely pool was always at a perfect temperature. If there was any problem with the accommodations ( like there was no hot water), Roberto was quick to be on it and have it resolved. You couldn’t ask very perfect hosts and the view. Magnificent! I would highly recommend this place!“

„Very nice and centrally located hotel in colonial style. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the nice restaurant is serving breakfast and good ceviche and margaritas in the evening. Colonial is for me the best choice in downtown Manzanillo, and I very much prefer this location over the touristic areas along the bay.“

„The property was listed as being on the beach but it was not on the beach and we were told by the lady who let us in that the only access was down the road. It would be about an10 minute walk. No view of the beach. Also the property was listed at pascuales and it was not at pascuales it was in a town call el real. The pictures showed a tv there were not any there. When I sent a text to the owner he responded very rudely asking me why I had been smoking. “
