« Host was excellent to communicate with and replied in a timely manner. Location was good, Strange smell in bedroom, very dirty in bathroom, corners and behind/under everything, booked for 5 adults and only had 2 queen beds(no pullout couch). Lots of damage in suite, kitchen drawer broken, fan making loud noise, scratches, dents and pealing paint. Barely any kitchen utensils. Two bath towels provided for 5 people. »

« Don't waste your money! This place looked cute in the pictures, but when we arrived it was a filthy mess. Garbage days/weeks old under sink, stinking up whole place. Black ring in bath tub, yard completely overgrown with garbage and broken stuff everywhere. What looked like maggots in the air fryer, crumbs everywhere in kitchen. When I complained, I got a 'some people can't be satisfied' response, and the host was very rude, made it known that he and his neighbors were spying on and listening to...

« Had a wonderful stay. Great location, clean & quiet suite, neighborhood felt safe, lots of free parking available. Hosts very responsive and helpful. Overall a great stay and definitely recommend. Only negatives were the wifi was spotty, so not ideal for working from home and the hot water was hit and miss, but I would absolutely stay here again. »
