This place is amazing!! The hosts are so welcoming and accommodating and easy to work with. Messages were answered within minutes. We had a group for my husbands 50th whose ages ranged from 8-55 and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained! We had two boats and the docks were padded which was nice when it got windy and the cove makes for an easy pull in and out. We will definitely be back again and can’t recommend the house and hosts enough!

Beautiful house and location.

This house was an absolute dream! It was beautifully appointed and provided ample space for our entire group to comfortably spread out. The pool area was a major highlight, boasting a fantastic covered sitting area. While the turf around the pool got a tad warm, it was still wonderful underfoot, especially for our cornhole games. For boaters, the private boat ramp is a major plus, no waiting at the local ramp. The location is simply perfect, offering incredibly easy access to the ocean and the Gulf. We loved being just a quick 5-minute boat ride from The Fishery – their poke bowls are a must-try! If I could make one minor suggestion, an outdoor kitchen would have been been a dream minimizing trips upstairs. However, the provided grill and outdoor fridge were definitely appreciated. We also thought an ice machine for filling coolers would be convenient for fishing trips, but the garage's enormous freezer, which easily held 200 lbs of ice, more than compensated! What truly impressed us were the extra touches – the owners have generously stocked the garage with tons of floats, snorkel gear, and even bikes for guests to enjoy. Can’t forget to mention the breathtaking sunsets views, couldn’t be in a more perfect spot. Overall, this is a truly exceptional vacation spot, and we can't wait to return.

Marathon house

This is a great Keys house. The location can’t be beaten. Close to everything in Marathon, with fantastic views of gulf sunsets. The house is large, easily accommodating our family of 11. The separate mother-in-law suite is a fantastic luxury. One of my sons brought his 10 week old infant and his family stayed in the suite. It was perfect! The house is new and everything works, including the AC, which can be an adventure in the Keys if the house isn’t adequately air conditioned. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Awesome House

We had a great stay at this home in Marathon, it was well stocked and very comfortable. We were able rent a boat and dock it at the home for the week. It managed a group of 10 adults very effectively and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the amenities.

Fun week with family

This home was everything we hoped for. It was a quiet neighborhood with great views. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, but loved the large deck overlooking the ocean! We started and ended every day there. We made part of our meals there and had everything we needed to do that. There were 2 grocery stores close by, and many restaraunts to choose from! It was such a relaxing week!

Extended Family Christmas

We spent Christmas on this beautiful property with extended family. It went above and beyond our expectations! It is a perfect spot with all the amenities. We swam, fished, utilized the hot tub, BBQ, kayaks, large porch for morning coffee. Everyone agreed it was perfect for our group of 12! Very clean with everything we needed. Truly a wonderful place!!

Worth every penny!

Our family of 11 stayed here to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We really like to just hang out together and this house was perfect. Paddle boards, bikes, kayaks. Close to grocery and restaurants. We visited Theater of the Sea and the Dolphin Research Center. The views are spectacular and we utilized every inch of outdoor space by the water. Plenty of seating. The pool and spa were also heavily used and warm on cooler nights. Pool table and outdoor TV were great for all the football games going on. This beautiful home is clean and well kept. We are so grateful for experiencing this time together making memories.

Family Vacation

We have stayed at numerous properties throughout Marathon and this one is by far the best! The house is big enough to give everyone their space but also allowed for family dinners and together time on the deck and in the pool. The view is amazing. Jamie and Ryan are very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful home with a lot to do!

We had our whole family, 3 generations ranging from an 18 month old to 70 year old grandparents. The house was great for everyone. There are a lot of stairs, but it’s a new home built to code so can’t help the elevation. However. That pays off every evening when watching the amazing sunsets over the Gulf. The amenities were great and kept everyone entertained all week. We played pool, cornhole, poolside ring game, and even got on the arcade inside the house. It was a lot of fun. We kept our large boat at the dock no problem, 39’ LOA and 11’6” beam. The pool has great seating and shallow area for kids making it relaxing for the whole family. All the beds were kings and the house overall was comfortable. We would absolutely come stay here again. The owners were quick to communicate, and let us in as soon as the house was ready. They even let us dock the boat in the morning when we arrived. Huge plus!

Perfect vacation home with a view

This home was perfect for my 55th birthday trip with 9 adults-couples. We all had our own good size rooms and bathrooms. All the toys we wanted to keep active adults occupied. We couldn’t wait to be out on the deck in the morning for the view. Best sunset in the evening as well. Rarely do you find a home on the water, with a boat slip, this many rooms with all the toys and…. the most remarkable sunset. The house was clean, new, well decorated and fully stocked. 2 grocery stores just blocks aways. Close to soo…many restaurants. Jamie was amazing and responsive. She was more than accommodating to our needs. Pictures do not do this house justice. It more than met our needs and wishes. I highly…recommend it and we will for sure be back.

Absolutely amazing vacation!!

An absolute slice of paradise!!! Our group of 3 families had an incredible week staying at this gorgeous home. Jamie, the host, was beyond wonderful. She was very responsive from the minute we booked! The pictures on VRBO are stunning but this home and location on the water in Marathon are even better in person. We've also never seen more breathtaking sunsets! The home has 2 docks so we rented a 24' center console boat and took in Sombrero beach, several fishing trips snorkeled, and did a few sunset cruises. We also used the paddle boards and kayaks that are at the home several times during our week. The pool was amazing and heated. Loved the pool table, darts and TV to play music poolside. The kitchen was fully equipped so had a couple of family dinners at the stunning dining table with ample seating. There isn't anything you'll need - there are even pools toys and fishing rods to use during your vacation. We hope to come back to this incredible gem in the Florida Keys in the near future!!

Spring break 2024

We loved the house. It was perfect for our group of 3 families with varying ages of kids. The house location was ideal for excursions, grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. We loved having the dock for our boat rental. We took the boat out almost every day for fishing, sandbar swimming, “dock and dine”, etc. The pool was perfect for playing all day…. when the weather was chilly in them morning, the heated pool was great! And when the sun was out in the afternoon, it was great for a quick dip to cool off. Highly recommend for a terrific vacation spot!!

Nothing but amazing

The property is beautiful. The sunsets were amazing the house was everything we needed and more. We had a manatee come up to the docks which was the best thing ever. Overall the best place I had ever stayed at in the keys so far.

Amazing house

This house was beautiful and very clean, Fast response with questions, the extra guest house was perfect for the friends we had come on the trip with family. we loved the top deck that had a gate for my two young kids to play outside and they were safe the whole time. We will be coming back to stay here again.

We have a group of 5 couples that get together about once a year for a trip to a new location. This was our first trip to the Keys and we had a great time. The house had 5 really nice bedrooms, great gathering spaces, a pool, a large new dock with easy access to the gulf, and amazing views. We rented a pontoon boat the week we were there for exploring and fishing, which was a perfect addition to the trip. I would definitely recommend staying here if your travels take you to Marathon, FL.
