Slice of Paradise!

The annual “Sisters and Spouses” Vacation was thoroughly enjoyed by all in this beautiful secluded slice of Paradise. This spacious exquisite home provided comfort, convenience and privacy. Everything was super clean and every detail was intentional in providing guests and an exceptionally amazing vacation experience. All eight adults agreed that this was by far our best home rental yet! Would definitely rent again.

Room for everyone + great outdoor entertainment

Over all the property & location were great!! We brought our boat, our dog and 5 adults/2 kids and it was great! The stairs took some getting use to (lol). For boaters be ware at low tide it's tight getting a 20+ft boat back to the dock. The pool was a big hit with the heat and the completely fenced in yard was great for the dog. Plenty of parking for boat trailers and lots of room for everyone staying with us. For those planning to cook please note there are no extras in the kitchen and very limited amounts of trash bags & dish soap. We bought more while there our week but there are two groceries stores very convenient to the house. Lots of outside seating plus 4 balconies to take in the view.

A Gem in Sombrero Beach

This house was perfect for our two families of five. It was clean and welcoming. The views were amazing from the decks and dock. Our families enjoyed the beautiful and tranquil pool area. It was perfect for when the passing Florida showers came. We just jumped out of the pool to the covered sitting area. Our fishermen enjoyed the dock and kayaks. We also loved our bike rides to Sombrero Beach and the Dockside restaurant. We were sad to leave this wonderful property.

Christmas in the Keys

Perfect match for our family! We have rented multiple properties in the Keys in both the summer and Christmas Holidays. This was the first property that met and exceeded our expectations! Prior to arrival we had a change in plans that we felt the owner could resolve, it was a bit difficult working through Vacasa to ask a direct question to the owner. We found the owners contact on our own and then through the owner and the local property agent, Danielle, all issues/questions were immediately resolved. Check in went smoothly through Vacasa. The house layout is uniquely designed to optimize BOTH open water sunrise and sunset views from the upper floor and middle balcony’s. Spectacular! The kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The great room and dining area accommodated our large family very well. We had the pool heated and the weather was unusually cold so that was a definite must. The outdoor living area was key to our stay. The dock, the pool, tons of outdoor furniture, tv and bar set up was wonderful for a laid back family vacation! 4 bikes and 3 Kayaks were available for use as well. An absolute fabulous home! We would love to come back again!

Perfect Getaway!

Our group of 10 enjoyed this property so much…Came in for mini lobster season and had a 32ft boat on the dock. This property was clean, came with a ton of towels, a full kitchen and plenty of parking— it was close to everything and amenities lived up to the description. We had a minor appliance issue, however, the property manager was speedy to communicate and sent over a tech right away! We were extremely happy with our visit. The only thing that could make this property better is if there was an ice machine on site. Great stay and we’ll be back!

Review

Overall the property was great and very clean. Just rated a 4 based on not just usage of the pier. Although I was well aware of that from the reviews before I rented. Overall everything was great. Couple little things to correct would be to replace the wine opener which is broke( not by us) and extremely sharp at the top. If someone wasn’t paying attention and tried to use it they could slice their finger. Also outside lights and entry area light didn’t work. Must be a breaker that needs to be reset there. I didn’t look hard to find it because it wasn’t a big deal for me but just fyi for you guys. Thanks, Rodney

Great property at a great location!

This was our first time in the keys and we enjoyed every minute. The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family. Everyone enjoyed the pool and being really close to Sombrero Beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay!! The house is beautiful and the views were awesome from every porch.

We will definitely be back for another visit!! This vacation was very relaxing & fun for our entire family. We loved the pool and the beautifully decorated house along with some amazing sunset pictures to share with family. We have three children who thoroughly enjoyed our vacation!

Perfect except.

Property was very clean, beds are comfortable and linens are awesome, kitchen is well equipped. They need more bath towels at least one per occupant would be nice. Canal and boat access if you have a flats boat no issue enjoy. If you have a deep V as I have a contender 25 get ready for mud and timing the tides. The lift is nice but at low tide you cannot get on it. The canal is 14” at low tide I could barely float empty. They should tell the truth about this. The home is awesome I would stay again if canal were dredged.

Amazing vacation!!

We were so pleased with this property! It is beautiful, clean and well located! We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers, so plenty of space to spread out. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed afternoon reading on the shaded seating area around the pool. We will visit again!

This place is awesome!

We had 2 families come and stay comfortably at this property, and had an outstanding vacation! From the moment we arrived, we were completely satisfied with everything. There was nothing we wanted for during our vacation. From the beautiful decor, to the plethora of activities, to the availability of highest quality linens, towels, dishes, appliances and even pillows, this home is fully-equipped for an active familiy (or two!) that needs a getaway. Swimming, hanging out, ping-pong, cornhole, biking, kayaking and if you have/rent a boat, incredibly convenient access to the water. The views from the decks are amazing and everything is set up to maximize your time there. The appliances were top notch, including a Ninja smoothie maker and THREE types of coffee makers! This house is a MUST GO and we are incredibly grateful to the owners for thinking of everything.

I rented home for 5 weeks. Family and friends visited during my stay. Easy drive(45 minutes) to Key West airport to pick them up. Great views of sunrise and sunset! Location is excellent, within 3 miles of grocery, pharmacy and restaurants! Gulf and ocean easy access and lots of great fishing, boat riding and sunset rides! Property manager and owner both were available for any questions and resolved any issues immediately! Quite simply, a wonderful vacation home and an amazing experience!!! We will be back next year !! Outstanding Property and location!

This house was amazing! We had eight of use between two families with late teens/twenties kids and parents. The views are amazing for sunrise and sunsets. The balconies were great for coffee or a cocktail.. The house is an awesome location to Sombrero Beach, groceries, great restaurants and easy access to the upper and lower Keys. You can easily kayak to the beach or around the area. We heard the pool is coming in the next few weeks. We will definitely be returning again!
