We were supposed to check in on Friday and were unable to do so. So not to bore you, we got to use the pool on Tuesday, 5 days later, terrible for teenagers who were hoping to enjoy the pool. Thanks to a concerned person by the name of Phil, the pool guy, who came two times to take care of the situation. However, in order to clean the pool, he had to shock the water, meaning, we were not able to use it. To our surprise, there were no apologies. We rented a house with a pool and got a green pool. Do yourself a favor, rent from other management companies in Marco. There are many others. As you can see, I have given them two weeks to reach out and extend a discount or even an apology and none has been given. The home is okay, many others are better.
