Perfect!

16 Copperbelt was the perfect rental for our family this summer. The house was clean, conveniently located, and literally had everything we needed. I highly recommend future renters check-in before buying anything, as this house has all you could need. Plenty of beach towels and chairs, and the kitchen has its all. Thank you for a great vacation!

Christmas at Marco

Great place to spend Christmas. Six adults and four teenagers, loved the pool. Great kitchen for cooking over the holiday. Nice and clean. Kids enjoyed the bikes and kayaking. Host was very responsive. Great stay.

Amazing and exactly as advertised!

The property is tremendous, clean, high end and incredibly relaxing. The Sonos sound system , the kayaks, the pool, the high end everything made this one of our best vacation rentals ever. Well worth the money, we will be back.

Fantastic Stay

The location was so peaceful. We needed a relaxed area and we got it. The home was immaculate. One of the cleanest properties that I have stayed at in a long time. Well maintained and equipped. Absolutely no complaints. Without hesitation I endorse this place to anyone looking for a #1 vacation type property. We will return for sure.

The house was very clean and plenty of towels on hand which was nice. The only complaint I would mention is that the beds were not very comfortable. We only had 2 sunny days so the hot tub was very nice. Something to think about, It would’ve been nice to have a few chairs on the dock to sit on while we spent time at the house.

Incredibly Indulgent

I'm not quite sure how to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay. The property management company was top notch. They checked in daily via text to ensure our every need was met and were super responsive to any questions. The pictures of this property do not do it justice. It is beautiful. When we walked in, our jaws hit the floor. It was immaculately clean...I mean pristine! Each room was fitted with it's own bathroom (with hair dryers), ceiling fan, television, luggage rack etc. The pool was stunning has an equally beautiful outdoor bathroom (a fabulous touch) and ample outdoor seating. We stayed with both sets of our grandparents and there are two first floor rooms with their own private bathroom and every shower is zero entry. The kitchen was equipped with both a drip pot and Keurig. The second floor has two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a second floor "family room" with a pull out couch, mini-kitchenette (with it's own Keurig), television and ceiling fan. It also opens to a beautiful second floor veranda that leads to a third floor - roof top viewing area. The outdoor areas on the second floor veranda and by the pool are equipped with comfortable furniture and ceiling fans. The furniture here is gorgeous. It all looks brand new and was very inviting. The beds were all super comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and both levels had their own thermostat. There were towels galore! And the views! Stunning! It was amazing!

Good location. Appreciated the laundry room. Can't think of a thing we needed that wasn't provided. Felt like we were pampered. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Well worth the money.

Better than the pictures

We had a wonderful stay at this house. There were 4 teens and 4 adults and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out. House was clean and spacious. Kids loved the pool and the proximity to everything Marco Island has to offer. We will definitely return!
