We loved the condo! It was clean and homey. Lots of great linens, deck furniture and beach gear. The kitchen was pristine! The only issues were the beach chairs and living room couch. All are in need of an upgrade.

Great beach retreat!

We met our college-aged daughter here for a break between semesters and what a great location! The beach out front was amazing and much cleaner (less algae) and much less crowded than the resort areas. We were able to easily walk to Tigertail for excellent shelling or go the other direction to have tacos and margaritas at the restaurants at the Marriott. We were able to swim with lots of room to ourselves. The beautiful condo was well equipped and very comfortable for our family with amazing views from the 15th floor. Highly recommend!

The unit itself was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and had a GORGEOUS view.

The condo had everything you need to feel at home. The bed and linens were comfortable, the shower was very nice and the kitchen had everything you need to make a snack or meal. The balcony was very relaxing with a stunning view, however you can't quite see the sunset as it's right around the corner of the building, but still great. There was only one beach towel, but since I was by myself it wasn't an issuue.

What a view

The view from the balcony is amazing. The condo is updated and loaded with extras. Many coolers, Tupperware, coffee filters, beach everything. The bed was comfortable. The only small (very small) negative is the sofa cushions are sagging so not the cost comfortable. Regardless we had a great time

Lovely condo.

The condo was great, well stocked kitchen, linens, and clean. Beautiful view. The key situation to get anywhere is cumbersome. It took us several days to figure out what key gets us anywhere in the facility. Pool staff was rude to us when we had a drink near the pool and there is no food at all allowed in the pool area, so we only spent one afternoon there. It didn’t feel like “renters” were welcome. Overall a nice stay in Marco Island.

Beach vacation

Right on the beach, a long walk to water but great location! Property was clean, well kept and the amenities are all you need for a family beach vacation. They were doing some construction on the adjacent building but it did not disturb us in this unit. Condo has great updated bathrooms and AC worked great when we came back from the beach as it was in the 90s when we visited. We love to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean and this unit has a great balcony and comfortable outdoor furniture. The only negative is the walk to the water but it is very manageable.

Ideal Choice!

I booked this property on short notice with almost no knowledge about Marco Island (MI). Fortunately, I made a very good decision after learning more about MI. 1. This condo is in a great location for beach access and dining options. NOTE: MI has only 4 public beach access points if you don't have a property on the beach. There is no parking at them. It is NOT an issue with this property but it would have been at houses not on the beach. I didn't know that prior to my visit and it would have been a major dissatisfier for us. 2. This condo was spotless upon arrival. 3. The property in general is well maintained and clean. 4. The property mgr communicated frequently. 5. The multiple keys are a pain in the tail so bring a lanyard. 6. This condo was much more cost effective than the Hilton or Marriott AND it offers more flexibility in terms of having a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony that is beachfront. Overall, my stay at this condo was ideal. This was a great choice - no issues, no complaints. It could not have been better. Loved it!

We enjoyed a fabulous spring break at your condo!!! The first day, we experienced an unforgettable sunrise Easter service on the beach. We always had breakfast with a beautiful beach view on the lovely terrace. Every day, we walked down to the beautiful, white-sand beach, relaxed, read, and collected seashells. We were able to walk to a number of nice restaurants right from the condo. Thank you for an ideal vacation!!!

When we arrived there was no water and all of the patio furniture was inside the living area. We called the mgmt company and someone came in about 30 minutes. They said they weren't aware that the unit was being rented and that was the reason the water wasn't on and the furniture not in place(just a communication error). We ended up renting beach chairs and a umbrella because the chairs in the condo were not normal beach chairs. They were more like something you would use in a tent (camping cot). They were about 5 ft long and had a really thick separate cushion. The umbrella was a small gulf umbrella and not a beach umbrella. No wagon to lug everything to the beach which was about a half a mile walk. Shout out to Osprey Beach Company-Graham for helping us out with the beach furniture! The pool was nice, never crowded. Some great places we ate at were: Island Gypsy, Mango's, Ciao Bella, Doreen's for breakfast!

The unit was very nice, quiet and everything in the unit was clean and in working order, with a great view over the entire beach from the spacious balcony.One thing to note is that due to the curved construction of the building you can see and hear people on the balconies of about half of the building. Also the office will charge you for parking: $100 for one week.Overall, we can highly recommend this vacation property.

I rented three condos for my family to celebrate my wife / mom / grandma beating cancer last year. We had a great time.We had two problems in our unit on floor 14. The first night the AC went out snd we called first thing Sunday morning and within 20 minutes they were there and fixed the problem, great service. When we were closing the blinds in the second bedroom the brakes loosened from the wall and we took them down vs letting them fall later on. All three units were stocked as well as we could have expected. They were clean and again everything was perfect. The value we paid for these units seemed to be proper and a fair price. The pool was nice and clean and we had no problem at any time finding chairs to sit or lay in. Only complaint was the long long walk to the beach and water. We made that trip two times during the week for the grandkids but mostly stayed around the pool.

Owners were kind enough to leave cooler bags which was nice as it is a LONG way to the ocean across a beautiful expanse of beach. Condo only had three spoons which I mentioned to management when they checked on us and they brought us a new set within hours. Pool was the perfect temp and very clean! Loved Marco.
