- What is the bedding configuration?
One bedroom with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two single beds. We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests. Pool towels not provided.
- What consumables are provided?
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid.
- How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
- Is the property pet-friendly?
No — pets are NOT allowed.
- Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair?
Children are welcome. Cot/highchair available upon request for a small fee.
- Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted.
- Parking details?
Off-street, remote-controlled parking garage for 2 cars.
- Where are the bedrooms located?
All bedrooms are situated on the second floor
- What bathroom facilities are available in the property?
The property has two bathrooms: Bedroom 1 includes an ensuite bathroom fitted with a tub, and Bathroom 2 is shared with walk-in shower & toilet, 24/7 hot water available. The powder room is located on the ground floor.
- Is the property accessible for guests with limited mobility?
The property may not be fully suitable for guests with limited mobility, as the bedrooms & bathrooms are located on the second floor and require the use of stairs.

Cancellation Policy: Any refund will be less non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees.
During your stay
- Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am.
- Pets: No pets are permitted at the property.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted at the property.
- Parties and gatherings: School Leavers parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
- Occupancy: The number of overnight guests must not exceed the maximum permitted for the property (6 guests).
- Camping and additional sleeping arrangements: Tents, boats, campers, caravans, swags and sleeping bags are not permitted for use as additional accommodation at the property.
- Barbecue: Please ensure the BBQ is turned off after use.

Before checkout
- Please return any furniture you have moved to its original position.
- Please place dishes in dishwasher and turn on.
- Please remove any leftover food from the oven and leave it free of excessive food residue.
- Please sort rubbish and recycling into the designated bins provided at the property.
- Please ensure BBQ is turned off after use & scrape and wipe down BBQ grill plates.
