« My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. « The hotel overall was very clean and the room was comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast was not the greatest, food was cold and eggs and sausage were rubbery. The breakfast area was quite messy. Noise level in the lobby was excessive at night, as people were allowed to gather and hang out and watch the lobby TV. We only noticed it because we were on the ground floor near the lobby. Overall, our stay was pleasant but I don't think I would stay at this property again. »

« The air conditioner was the old radiator type, and very noisy. It kept waking me up. I have never had a hotel room that small. I took pictures, because there were two walls that had gashes in them(holes). The bottom front panel on the dishwasher was falling off, and there was a very visible stain on the curtain.and the bed skirt only partly on and had visibly tattered »
