Guests have the entire estate to themselves within the gated Terres Basses community with a 24-hour guard. Someone will meet you on arrival. The bedrooms have exterior access.



The Neighborhood:

Villa Sandyline is located on the hillside of Terres Basses on the French side of St. Martin, close to Baie Rouge, Plum Bay and Baie Longue, a short drive from Porto Cupecoy and Marigot and less than 20 minutes from the airport.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended for exploring the island. Our concierge can arrange a rental car, taxis or airport transfers.

- The villa accommodates up to 14 guests

- Rates are based on double occupancy per room

- Each reservation is subject to a refundable damage deposit

- The villa can be rented as a 4-, 5-, 6- or 6+1-bedroom villa
