« Host there to welcome us when we arrived. He helped to carry in the luggage and showed us how the hot water and heating worked. Amenities were ideal with breakfast food items included plus a bottle of Prosecco and shortbread as a thoughtful Christmas gift. The property had been decorated for Christmas - another kind and thoughtful touch. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. « Lovevly night away! Hosts made it so easy and hassle free. Room was very clean, had a peaceful nights sleep! Had dinner down the road in a pub called the wheatsheaf! Which was very nice! Rutland water is only a 15min drive! Thanks again to the host! »

« Very good apartment, great communication with the host, felt safe and would use again. Picking the key up meant calling at a shop around the corner but that worked well. Flat was clean, well set up and parking was free and safe and well organised within the same building. Very close to shops and the city etc. »

« All good except the front door step unsafe, the wind took one of the fence panels and the wheelie bins so couldn’t do rubbish and a man turned up to fix the taps but we refused entry as we had no notification or expectation of visit. »
