Hôtel près de Marché de Pudu, Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

« We stayed in a type c property with two separate self- contained bedrooms which was connected with a dual lockable door. The facilities were good although some maintenance was required on the cupboard doors. The pools were nice although the tiles were coming off and required maintenance as well. »

From the moment I arrived, everything went wrong. The Wi-Fi did not work on the first day, the TV was completely unusable, and the room cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which only made the situation worse. The so-called “Deluxe Double Room” was much smaller than advertised and definitely not worth the price. On top of that, the hotel demanded a cash deposit at check-in, which was never mentioned on...

« Merci pour tout munir! Tout etait parfait! Foncez! »

« A reasonably okay place at a great location near multiple malls. Well equipped with washing machines and sometimes a dryer, there were definitely as many conveniences as there were inconveniences. There was low communication from the host, and while I can understand their business, my group was definitely under-equipped heading into our stay. The elevators were also under maintenance at the time and were not the easiest to use. It was moderately clean, but not the cleanest. Not a bad place, but...
