Hotel Marmaros

« We’ve been on the road across the U.S. for the past 14 days, staying in all kinds of motels and inns, and unfortunately, the Crestview Inn in Branson may be the most disappointing place we stayed at. To start, the employee at check-in was cold and unwelcoming - no smile, no warmth. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, assuming maybe we caught him at a bad time. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a fridge and microwave, which was appreciated. However, our room was right by the...

« Room was just ok, the air conditioning did not work and the room didn't have any washcloths. No one to call about issues. »

« The room was clean; linens are new and fresh. Just provided bars of soap, so make sure you bring yoir own shampoo. »

« Nice quiet stay. Clean room and kind staff. Only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was because there were no labels on the breakfast food and no water station. We have someone with Alpha Gal in our group and would liked to have had more specific labels on the food (prepared with dairy or mammal products). Great stay! »

« I enjoyed my stay at the Bradford Inn. Love the scenery! »

« The breakfast was a little disappointing, repeatedly out of eggs, potatoes or coffee. besides the breakfast overall experience was good. »

« Old school but well maintained room. Very functional and comfortable - I slept great. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Love the place - it was our central location to leave from. Rooms are very comfy and it's like home. We didn't want to leave! Will be coming back again! »

« Breakfast was good, offering numerous options. Pool was nice & clean. The actual room was small. Struggled to set up two regular size suitcases. The was well worn and desperately needs upgrades. »

« I booked this 2 night stay on Expedia and the total cost was to be $183.00. When I checked in, the clerk took my credit card to bill me for the stay. I was told that I would receive a receipt. I have not received the receipt by email or text, but I notice that on my credit card website I was charged $202.00 for the stay not the $183.00 that was quoted at my reservation. Is this a bait and switch ruse or what? I'm not impressed with this type of action on your part. »

« The whole aera in general was clean. »

« After staying here many times, we were very sad to see how the place had gone downhill. New staff that weren't nearly as friendly or helpful. And no breakfast either day we stayed. »
