Staying in paradise (nearly)
Everything was even better than we expected. Very friendly host, early check in and late check out wasn‘t a problem, no extra charge. The house was clean, the pool for casa limone big and well maintained and in a wonderful surrounding. The whole area is inspiring with some remarkable trees. Don‘t forget: You need a car, there are very narrow streets to reach Il Borgo Delle Querce, but it‘s worth every turn...

Perfekte Erholung im wunderschönen Apulien
1. Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig, sauber und hat eine sehr schöne Lage: es befindet sich in der Nähe von Martina Franca, Alberobello, Locorotondo und vielen anderen sehenswerten apulischen Städten. Allerdings ist es erforderlich, ein Auto zu haben. 2. Saverio Genchi, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gibt sehr viele Tipps zu Restaurant, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. 3. Die (kleine) Ferienanlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen sehr schönen Pool, Parkplatz und einen kleinen Fitnessraum, den ich allerdings nicht benutzt habe. Mein Fazit: Für jemanden, der Entspannung sucht und italienisches Essen und apulischen Wein liebt, absolut empfehlenswert

Un'oasi immersa nella natura
Il Borgo delle Querce è un'incantevole oasi immersa nella natura, dove il silenzio e il relax regnano sovrani. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni di vacanza a settembre, in quattro persone, e siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Saverio e Antonella, sempre gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento era ben fornito e corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione fornita. La sua posizione strategica ci ha permesso di raggiungere agevolmente luoghi meravigliosi come Alberobello, Monopoli, Polignano, Locorotondo e, in particolare, Martina Franca, che dista solo pochi minuti di auto. È stata davvero una vacanza indimenticabile, e consigliamo vivamente il Borgo delle Querce a tutti coloro che desiderano vivere un'esperienza autentica e rilassante in Puglia.

Fantastic Villa !
We had a wonderful stay in the villa. Saverio has welcomed us very nicely and warmly. The villa is very clean, quiet and perfectly located, at reasonable distance of all the nice places to visit. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. That was perfect!!

An absolutely wonderful stay at Nice Casa dei Limoni
What a beautiful place. The property itself was immaculate, very clean and spacious. All the essential utensils were supplied, as well as bedding, bath towels and beach/pool towels. We stayed in the property with our 3 children and Saverio even kindly put an extra bed up in one of the bedrooms for our youngest child. The pool was absolutely stunning. Really clean, well maintained and such beautiful surroundings. It is shared with the owner but the days we were there they didn't disturb us. I think they only use it at weekends and on those days we decided to go exploring. The pool is not next to the villa but just a couple of minutes walk. This is not an issue, but something to be aware of. The accommodation does however have it's own jacuzzi with nice views. There are other dwellings in the complex but each villa/apartment is incredibly private and only Casa dei Limoni has access to the pool. The villa is remote, so you will definitely need a car, but we knew this when making the booking. It's not possible to walk to a shop, restaurant, but these are all available only a 2-5 minute drive away. The absolutely stunning Martina Franca is also only a 10min drive away, where there are numerous restaurants, shops, etc. The accommodation is a great location for exploring all the local sites. It's an incredibly tranquil and beautiful place and Saverio was a wonderful host and great at addressing any queries in the lead up to our trip.

Peace and elegance - exactly as described
What a wonderful place!! Saverio and his family have thought of everything. Communication before we arrived was really helpful and informative. The villa was lovely - two bedrooms fully equipped with everything needed - including beach towels which is rare! The pool is the star of the show. It’s large, spotless and in a stunning setting . The villa is quite remote however and the road for the last couple of kilometers is extremely narrow. Very easy to drive to Martina Franca with a large range of restaurants and shops however means that the driver can’t enjoy the lovely Puglia wine on offer. Not something that bothered us but there isn’t anything within walking distance so this may not suit everyone . Location is great for exploring both Ionian and Adriatic coasts. Saverio kindly recommended two excellent beaches. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to escape and relax.

Séjour repos et visites
Nous avons séjourné à 5 dans la propriété de Saverio,. Nous étions idéalement situés, au calme, à moins d’une heure des plages, et avons pu visiter Alberobello, Polignano a mare, Monopoli, Matera, Martina Franca, Ostuni, Locorotondo…une très belle région Nous avons apprécié l’excellent accueil de Saverio, sa disponibilité, ses réponses rapides à nos questions, sa gentillesse. La piscine est magnifique et le fait qu’elle soit située près de la maison des propriétaires n’est pas un problème, nous étions seuls et au calme autour de la piscine. Un excellent séjour que je recommande.

Our stay at Limone was fantastic. Super clean, so peaceful and completely beautiful. The pool is stunning and we pretty much had it to ourselves. Saverio shared much helpful information about local places to eat and visit and was always on hand to answer any questions.

The description is misleading. The large pool isn’t by the house but by the house of the owner
The check in time was from 16:00 pm. The owner asked to check in after 18:00pm. The pool wasn’t by the house but nearby the house of the owner. And only available until 19pm. The Jacuzzi was closed. There was no correct information or communication about it. Very disappointed and misleading!!

dear customer we are sorry for your opinion. we have preliminarily communicated to all customers that due to the Covid 19 emergency we had to take the following measures: delay the check in by two hours to allow the sanitation of the house with ozone machinery, that the jacuzzi is closed because it does not guarantee safety of our customers, that the pool is open all day from 9.30 to 19 to be able to clean it and carry out the appropriate treatments. the swimming pool is not near the house to ensure the tranquility of the customers. We have assigned our customers their own gazebos and sunbeds and the owners do not interfere in any way with the privacy of customers. we try to do our best for customer safety and satisfaction

Très belle propriété dans la campagne proche de Martina Franca
Location dans une grande propriété privée de 3 hectares très bien entretenue. Nous y avons passé 12 jours à 5 (parents et trois enfants). L’endroit est très calme, la tranquillité parfaite. Il se situe en campagne 7 km au sud de Martina Franca qui est une très belle ville baroque absolument à visiter. Les locaux sont frais même par grande chaleur ce qui évite l’utilisation de l’air conditionnée. Bon équipement, Jacuzzi et barbecue, des vélos sont disponible gratuitement pour les locataires. Saverio et Antonella sont des hôtes parfaits, très attentifs et disponibles sans jamais être intrusifs. On a retrouvé à notre arrivé une très bonne bouteille de negroamaro sur notre table et de l’huile d’olive produits à la propriété. Nous avons passé des vacances parfaites. Je recommande cette location, merci à Saverio et Antonella pour leur accueil amicale.

Lovely holiday in a peaceful setting
The villa is well equipped with excellent amenities and beautiful surroundings but with easy access to main road network. Being built of stone, we found the villa lovely and cool for sleeping so no need for air-con. The Villa is some 3.5km from Martina Franca which is bustling 'city' with an interesting old town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Midway between the Adriatic coast and the Mediterranean coast there is a wide choice of beaches (mostly sandy) and we chose which side to visit based on Saverio's helpful comments ... windy days, choose the Med side, still days, choose the Adriatic side. We also visited some of the nearby towns and attractions e.g Alberobello, Locorotondo, Castella Grotto. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for those who want a mix of sightseeing and relaxing days. Car hire is a MUST.

Beautiful relaxing puglian hideaway
We stayed with our two teenage daughters 18 and 16 for 10 days and had a fantastic holiday. The cottage was very clean, well equipped with a lovely terrace and barbecue for Al Fresco dining. The pool was gorgeous, very large, warm with lovely sun beds and beautiful shrubs and plants around it. The weather was fantastic and we visited many lovely places both in the day and in the evening. The local town Martina Franca is buzzing at night with plenty of lovely bars and restaurants. We would definitely visit this beautiful area again, and if you are looking for total relaxation stay at Casa die Limoni, we were very sad to leave. The Taylor family.
