« The hotel was new and appeared very clean. However, about 8 hours after I left I found about 20 circular red (bites?) on my lower legs. By the time I was seen by my dermatologist they were unable to determine the cause of the red spots. »

« I got charged for a $100 smoking fee after I quit my room. I am not a smoker plus I was alone in my room so it cannot be a bad joke... I sent my complaint through Holiday Inn which never responded by email so contacted the hotel directly. Hotel tenant Mary confirmed the fee, she was not willing to believe myself. Her answer was: I can give you a receipt for your company if you wish... great, thanks. Never again. »

« The Expedia description is far from accurate. The only great thing about this property is how clean the room was upon my arrival. There is no snack bar. There are no amenities in the room. There is no daily housekeeping. No in room coffee makers. No coffee on the property! They require you to turn in your ID to get the iron (they waved that for me).
