„when we got there! there was nothing covering the windows so everyone outside can see us, prior to arriving could barely get in because of the door being broke i let the owner know before hand that it was broke as the weekend continued it worsend b/c we’re leaving in and out and he tried to charge me 400 for so that would make my stay 800 the cleaning was terrible i had to clean myself! alcholol cans all over the law etc.“

„Great location with easy access to downtown DC and Annapolis. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Check in was super easy and Trent was very responsive. House was spacious and clean. Traveled with my husband and 2 preteens and they loved having their own rooms. We loved our stay so much we booked an extra night. Highly recommend.“

„We had a good stay at this unit for a guys baseball trip recently. The surrounding neighborhood doesn't have much to offer, but the accommodations were reasonable and it worked for our large group. I would recommend for a guys trip like ours, but likely not ideal for families.“

„Great place right downtown! Incredibly quiet for the proximity to so many places. House was spotless and beds comfortable. Parking wasn’t too clear but we learned later that you have to pay during daytime hours and it’s free after 8:30pm. Will will also direct you to a parking garage close if there’s no street parking.“

This is a lovely historic home brimming with charm, character, and all the modern comforts you need. The location is fantastic—situated in an easy, walkable neighborhood that made getting to the U.S. Naval Academy and the various shops, restaurants, and historic sites around downtown Annapolis effortless.
