« Fantastic location and convenience of dedicated parking spots were very IPort at to us and this property did not disappoint. A very quiet neighborhood right of beautiful Carroll Creek put us right in the heart of everything. Beds were great and air conditioners worked perfectly to keep rooms cool. We loved the dining table for nightly board games and Pac Man sessions thanks to the authentic Pac Man arcade game! The bathrooms were very cramped and there wasn’t really anyplace to put things, but...

« Greetings & salutations,This is my 1st VRBO booking and there were no surprises other than, how big and fully stocked the kitchen was! The pictures do the place justice, great mattresses on all the beds. Great fire pit and decks. We ran out of Body wash and before you know it, Door dash dropped some off (thank you Beth!!)Definitely like being at a nice hotel, no stripping of beds, just run the dishwasher and take out the trash. « We had a lovely stay at this charming cottage on the bay. Everything was well maintained, the host provided strong communication, the grounds are beautiful, and our family found the hot tub to be a wonderful place to both relax amidst nature and reconnect . Also our 2 little dogs felt very much at home there with us. We took several wonderful walks in the neighborhood and we enjoyed exploring Annapolis. We would gladly return someday! »

House is well supplied with everything you need. Pet friendly house. There is only 1 dog crate available between the 2 houses. I don't think thats clear in the description. If you need 2 or if it's being used you have to take your own. The island is beautiful and quiet. Very friendly people. »

This is a lovely historic home brimming with charm, character, and all the modern comforts you need. The location is fantastic—situated in an easy, walkable neighborhood that made getting to the U.S. Naval Academy and the various shops, restaurants, and historic sites around downtown Annapolis effortless. « No instructions were sent to get in. I had to reach out once we arrived to get the code. The air was set at 78. All downstairs windows and back door were unlocked. The coffee maker is broken. No pull out couch, it’s broken. Upstairs toilet is very wobbly even though it already has cardboard shoved under it. The main issues was the dirty floors. The floors and carpet have not been cleaned in a while. Our feet and socks turned black very quickly. There are barely any regular bowls and plates. It’s...

« Very clean, the hosts had bread and local wine ready which was such a treat! It was so nice to be among the cows and relaxing to be away from the hustle and bustle. We had morning coffee which was also supplied by the hosts! On top of that, there weren’t a lot of cleaning requirements for us to do prior to leaving, which I really appreciated.
