The property is part of a residential complex but benefits from an independent entrance. Access is via a shared elevator that descends two floors towards the sea, followed by a short flight of approximately ten steps leading directly to the villa and its private access to the coastline. Guests also have use of a private storage space below the property, equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs for days by the sea.
