Odeur d’ humidité dans les chambres Malgré qu’elles soit très propres et très belles Réservation de souper prévu sur place , mais n’ a pas eu lieu car pas de chef cuisinier . Réception à l’ accueil , décevante . On avait l’ impression de déranger .

Belle expérience troglo
Accueil serviable, car l’accès à l'établissement est difficile . La chambre est superbe et nous pensons bien avoir été surclassé. Nous n'avons pas profité du restaurant, dommage. On pouvait s'attendre à mieux pour le petit déjeuner; Un superbe séjour et une belle expérience troglo.

Great experience
The saty was great. The place is beautiful and very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is delicious and quite generous. The cakes, desserts, bread and coffee are amazing. A warm welcome. However, I had some trouble with the wifi connection. This a minor problem that as long as it can be resolved, it's not a big deal. The thing is that when i said there was a problem with the wifi, the owner acted a bit angry (don't know if it was his iyalian manners) but he didn't stop telling me it was my smartphone problem and not his hotel. After several minutes of complete mistrust, he came into my room and in a very uppity attitude, showed me his Facebook account on his personal phone. He tried for a while for it to refresh the feed but never did. He eventually realized it was not my fault and it was his. Again, it's not a big deal but it made me feel bad. He never apologized for his behavior. He later fixed the problem. Moral: the idea is not to find out whose fault it is but what the problem is and solve it asap. Thanks for everything. I'm sure you'll act differently next time.

Hotel a 7 etlies pour passe un séjour fiabescque a Matera I sassi ! gentilesse charme et priofessionalite est tout ce que vous trouverez a Resudence Barisano ! Un maitre DOC tres sympa mais la vrai star est Peggy !!! aller vte voir qui est Peggy !!

A fabulous stay in Sassi
This is a unique and fantastic hotel. The location is perfect, the staff is exceptional, the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. We felt welcomed and right at home. We highly recommend staying here to enjoy the hospitality and to experience history.

At first, we were given too small of a room. Felt too claustrophobic. But the owners were awesome and moved us to a larger room. And it was absolutely amazing we loved it.

Ich habe vor der Reise keine Hintergrundgeschichte der Stadt gewusst deshalb hat die Feuchtigkeit des Zimmers mich ein wenig erschreckt. Aber mit der Zeit spielt es keine Rolle mehr. Die Aussicht bei der Unterkunft ist wunder wunderschön. Ich würde nächstes Mal wieder hier buchen!

We recently stayed at Residence San Pietro Barisano and we were extremely disappointed with our experience. The hotel advertised that parking was included, but upon arrival, we discovered that this was not the case. We had sent an email inquiring about parking, but received no response. When we called the hotel, they informed us that they were too busy to reply to emails and we would have to park outside the city and either take a bus or walk to the residence. Upon entering our room, we immediately noticed a damp smell and the bedding felt cold and wet. When we brought this to the attention of the receptionist, they responded in an arrogant manner, claiming that there was no humidity in the room and that it was only cold. Furthermore, the bathroom was dusty and the toilet rolls had not been changed, with leftover rolls from previous guests still present. The breakfast offered at the hotel was very disappointing. The selection consisted of a few cakes, some yogurt, and Kellogg's cereal. The orange juice tasted extremely acidic and was not enjoyable at all. Additionally, the only non-sweet option for breakfast was a banana, which seemed to be a few days old. Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel. While the location is perfect, the subpar accommodations and unprofessional behavior of the reception staff made our stay unbearable. It simply was not worth the money.

Beautiful view but a lot of humidity
The room itself was beautiful but the humidity in the room was unbearable. The air conditioning and dehumidifier in the room should always be left on so that all the humidity and smell is removed from the room. The furniture was damp along with the bed covers and pillows.

The location cannot be beat! Located adjacent to many good restaurants in mirror, steps from fantastic sunset views of Matera. An opportunity to sleep in a real Sassi (a cave) updated with 21st-century comforts.

In the heart of the sassi/ old matera. Beautiful rooms with good amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everything. Host was friendly and other staff were polite, they took the trouble to use translate so they could communicate. Breakfast is the italian way so cake and coffee. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the food looked delicious. Highly recommend this property, we would stay here again

Localizacao incrível, quarto grande escavado na pedra completamente diferente de qualquer hotel. Equipamentos antigos mas funcionais. Devido a localização evite levar bagagens pesadas o acesso é dificil com muitos degraus alem de ser zona de trafego limitado.

Il residence è situato a 2 minuti dal parcheggio (strisce blu) dove abbiamo lasciato l auto per i 2 giorni di permanenza 0,50 centesimi l ora Il proprietario nn so neanche come si chiama nn si è presento. La camera pulita , bagno sarebbe opportuno mettere un doccia al posto della vasca adibita a doccia varie capocciate al soffione,le tende da cambiare ormai ammuffite. Nota negativa la stanza era attaccata al ristorante e nonostante le pietre di tufo si sentiv la musica ad alto volume fino alle 00.30 Poi ridevano e scherzavano fino alle 2 di notte nn curanti dell nostra presenza visto l orario volevamo dormire. Avrei gradito essere avvisata magari avrei acquistato dei tappi per le orecchie Letto cingolante. Colazione buona fatta di torte Biscotti e marmellate. Guida turistica privata Consigliata dalla struttura eccellente Unica pecca durata quasi 5 ore E c era stato detto 2ore e mezzo max 3 ore. Consiglio al signor proprietario a perdere un minuto in piu con i propri clienti e fornirli di una piccola mappa dei sassi.

I have never met someone like the property manager! He can scream at you on the street if you don’t go to his friends restaurant for dinner! So I don’t need say other bad experiences I had with this place

El aviso decía que había parking gratuito y restaurante. Pero para el parking había que tomar un bus y el restaurante estaba cerrado. El.lugar es lindo, pero el aviso no fue claro.
