We arrived in the evening trying to get the key from the keypad. No such luck - the code didn't work! So, we call the associated phone # and had to answer 10 questions before they would even help. They gave us the same code! It still didn't work, and they finally had to give us a fail safe code to get the key to open the door. We stood outside for 15 minutes before we could get in. The large screen ( 8' x 2') were blown away from the winder and leaning against the dining table. Tried to put them back up, but the window screen latches were broken or missing.
The next day, the electricity went out - which included the internet - which was needed for me to work. Everyone else had electricity -- power was only affected in our unit.
The next day, power was on for the most part, but the garbage disposal backed up and would not drain. So, we called Vacasa -- on hold, on hold, on hold. We tried again later, on hold, on hold, on hold. So, we called next day and waiting for someone to answer -- 30 minutes later we got someone and explained the power was back on everywhere -- but the kitchen outlets along the counter still did not work. We had to plug the coffee pot in the living room. Same thing for the remainder of our stay.
Then on the final evening there, while lounging on one of the lounge chairs on the porch, the leg broke!
I enjoyed my time on the island because we had many families and church folks to visit. The condo location is the best. I just feel the condo is old and in need of repair.
