Hôtels familiaux à Mayfair, Londres

« Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. On a beaucoup aimé et nous reviendrons. Personnel dévoué et compétent. Cuisine un peu petite sinon parfait. Quartier proche de tout. »

« This probably is the best option if you are looking for a cozy solution in the heart of Mayfair, a stone throw away from Piccadilly Circus, SoHo, Chinatown and Knightsbridge. « The rooms are generally clean. New towels every day. The hotel is easy to reach since there’s a bus station right in front of it. Hyde Park Corner and Marble Arch Station are around 10 minutes away from the hotel. Also close to lots of shopping stores. »

« The rooms are well renovated except the bathroom, would have been better to have a walking shower. The AC is way too noisy and doesn’t work properly, it’s only air coming out. No room service 24 hours, cleaning is only until 4pm. Never have seen this in a 5 stars hotel. Location is good, service good. »

« We never received the message to be able to check in. We messaged the host many times through many different means with no response until after 5 pm and we had been stuck frantically looking for a place to stay. After we found another place for the two nights, the host reached out with the information for access. When I explained the situation and requested a refund, they refused to refund but one day as “you can stay the last night in the property if you wish,” as if I would have had any idea...
