« Amy and Cvett at front desk were wonderful, for some reason the property charged us 3 times for a one night stay, Amy gave us credit for one of the first two, but in the middle of the night I was charged a third time, Cvett was kinda enough to hopefully fix that, but in the meantime I have a over $200 hold on my credit card which hurts when you have 3 weeks of vacation left »

« For just under $480 Cdn for 1 night, we were expecting a pretty nice room, but this was far worse than almost any other hotel room we've stayed in and I'm glad there is an opportunity to add photos. « As of April 2026 this place is nearly new. It’s a unique set up to me. It’s a Homewood Suites on one side and HGI on the other, shares the same lobby. My only 2 issues are that breakfast on the HGI side is lactate $15, and it’s prob not worth $5. Empty dishes, empty coffee and non helpful staff. We had a check in issue and were told the manager was off on Saturdays and could not help us, but he was actually just around the corner and finally came out. It will take a little intentional...
