The room we received smelled like mold. I immediately informed the staff and they handed me Lysol and an air freshener. Although they said they were booked I complained about it. They did not attempt to look for a solution. After 2 days in the room my wife developed breathing issues and I went to the staff again. They said I had to wait until the morning shift for them to try to move me. I even told them that my wife had to leave the room and was sleeping in our vehicle and no movement from the staff. I proceeded to pack up the room while my wife was in our vehicle in the event that we found a new room. I even went on line and it showed that there was a mobility room available but the staff said it was a mix up between the location and corporate. My wife came back to the hotel and asked to speak to a manager and guess what they did, give us the mobility room I asked for an hour before. Needless to say I tried to get a refund for the 3 days of suffering from the hotel and Expedia but of course I received nothing from the hotel saying it was against policy and Expedia only offered a refund that I can only use if I use Expedia to book something else. I wanted my money back for the 3 days of suffering in that room but I got nothing. They both took my money and that was that.
