Second Stay, Still Disappointed
This was our second trip to Massanutten in two months. We had a few issues the first time and hoped Eagle Trace would be better sadly, it wasnât. The internet was either spotty or completely out (they blamed a storm), and the tech they sent literally said, âI canât fix it, maybe someone else will come tomorrow.â No one ever did. With no Wi-Fi and barely any cell service, we couldnât even scan the QR code to check out or make plans.
The front desk could care less just kept shifting the blame and telling us to call another number. Everyone pointed fingers, and nothing got resolved. The concierge desk was useless. Honestly, thereâs no reason for it to exist.
The beds felt like sleeping on bricks old and uncomfortable. Crumbs in the pullout bed, beetles all over (yes, itâs the mountains, but still), and an actual chip sitting on the bed frame. The grill didnât work, and there was water damage in the unit.
It clearly needs updates and help badly
