« Check-in was great, she was such a nice lady. Our room floor when we stepped on water was coming out between vinyl tiles, I thought ac was leaking but when we were leaving room to go out we realize hallway tiles are also un even and seems like flooded somehow. Bathtub is terrible no way you can get in. We got stock in the elevator, maintenance guy opened the door we need to jump out of the elevator between floor from 2nd to 1st. This property definitely need an update »

« The staff went above and beyond. They all are true gems. Especially Jacqueline. She’s just amazing helping us with our air con, fan and getting the TV to work. Kind, thoughtful and lovely.
