« Check in was super easy. The host messaged me the code for the door lock on our day of check in and no issues. The room is above a steakhouse in an older, Victorian style home. The room has everything you need. A bed, a smart tv, a toilet and a shower. The room was clean when we arrived and the shower had different shampoos and soaps in it. « The house felt very inviting and clean. It was beautifully decorated and had a great aura. The hosts were responsive and had clear directions. We didn’t have to ask for anything, they had already provided us with everything we needed. I would highly recommend it! »

« We had a wonderful stay at the Appalachian Resort hosted by Milagros & Sergio. They were incredibly friendly and gave us clear and helpful explanations from the start. The room was very clean, and it was great having the water park within walking distance. They also offered flexible early check-in depending on the situation, which we really appreciated. Whenever we had questions, they responded very quickly, so we felt completely comfortable during our stay. We would love to come back again! »

« The property is very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the ski area, Warwick, New York's apple orchards and fun main street shopping, Penning's Cidery & Orchard. The driveway is steep, if you have multiple cars, parking across the street (if allowed) may be preferred. »

« This house is so big and beautiful we called it our chateau for the weekend. 6 families, 12 adults and 12 kids under the age of 8 stayed here for a long weekend. The place was perfect. It fit all of us comfortably. The pool and tennis court were a huge hit. The house was clean and set up perfect for families. Would 100 percent go back! »

« Overall it was a fantastic stay. Host was very communicative about property and where we can find anything that was needed. Plenty to do around the area and kept us busy for a week with the rain that came in. Recomend using a backpack luggage and it made the stairs easier to conquer!Just be prepared »

« This is a charming, beautifully decorated home with plenty of comfortable sleeping spaces and a well-stocked kitchen, we didn’t find ourselves needing a thing.
